Abstract

Dalam Perancangan fasilitas ada keterkaitan antara rancangan fasilitas satu dengan lainya, sehingga harus dilakukan seefisien mungkin diantaranya adalah tata letak fasilitas. Tata letak yang kurang terencana menyebabkan penurunan produksi dan peningkatan biaya. Tata letak fasilitas produksi yang baik akan menunjang kelancaran proses produksi sehingga efektif dan efisien. UKM Tahu CV. Muya Jaya Permata Mulyorejo, Sukun, Malang masih belum menerapkan perancangan tata letak fasilitas produksi yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perancangan ulang tata letak fasilitas produksi yang lebih efektif dengan memperhatikan faktor aliran proses produksi, luas areal pabrik dan perpindahan bahan. Penelitian diharapkan memberi masukan bagi usaha berupa rancangan tata letak fasilitas produksi yang optimal dan dapat dijadikan pertimbangan bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode BLOCPLAN. Data diolah dengan pengukuran jarak antar departemen, perhitungan OMH (Ongkos Material Handling), membuat ARC (Activity Relationship Chart), menghitung TCR yang kemudian pemilihan layout berdasarkan nilai R-score. Setelah dilakukan 20 iterasi terdapat 3 kriteria pemilihan layout yaitu Adjacency score, rel-dist score dan R-score. Layout terbaik dilihat dari R-score tertinggi (mendekati 1) yang merupakan nilai efisiensi dari layout yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan metode BLOCPLAN menghasilkan total momen perpindahan sebesar 40.872m/tahun dan OMH sebesar Rp 1.980.248/tahun. Total momen perpindahan dan OMH yang dihasilkan lebih rendah dibanding layout awal dan layout metode BLOCPLAN yang belum disesuaikan dengan penghematan biaya sebesar 54,51%. Biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk penerapan layout usulan sebesar Rp 4.073.226 dengan nilai investasi selama 1,72 tahun atau 20 bulan 6 hari. Pada layout tersebut telah disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan dimensi layout sehingga aliran terlihat lebih baik dibanding layout awal.

English Abstract

In the design of the facility there is a link between the design of one facility with others, so it should be done as efficiently as possible among them is the layout of the facility. Less-planned layout leads to lower production and increased costs. The layout of a good production facility will support the smoothness of the production process so that it is effective and efficient. SMEs Know CV. Muya Jaya Permata Mulyorejo, Sukun, Malang still has not applied the design of good production facility layout. This study aims to redesign the layout of production facilities more effectively by taking into account the flow factors of widespread production processes, factory area and material movement. Research is expected to provide input for the business in the form of optimal production facility layout design and can be considered for the company. This research uses BLOCPLAN method. Data is processed by distance measurement between departments, calculation of OMH (Material Handling Cost), make ARC (Activity Relationship Chart), calculate TCR then selection of layout based on R-score. After 20 iteration there are 3 criteria of choosing layout that is Adjacency score, rel-dist score and R-score. The best layout is seen from the highest R-score (close to 1) which is the efficiency value of the resulting layout. The result of the research shows that BLOCPLAN method resulted in total displacement time of 40.872m / year and OMH of Rp 1,980,248 / year. The total displacement moment and the resulting OMH is lower than the initial layout and the unadjusted BLOCPLAN method layout with savings cost of 54.51%. The cost incurred for the implementation of the proposed layout amounted to Rp 4,073,226 with an investment value of 1.72 years or 20 months 6 days.In the layout has been adjusted to the conditions and dimensions of the layout so that the flow looks better than the initial layout.
