Abstract
Setiap perusahaan memiliki tujuan, yaitu mencapai target berupa maksimasi laba dan minimasi biaya produksi. Keberhasilan perusahaan ditentukan oleh kemampuan dalam memenuhi permintaan yang terkadang tidak dapat terpenuhi, sehingga diperlukan adanya peramalan dan perencanaan. Perencanaan merupakan proses dasar manajemen untuk menentukan tujuan dan langkah-langkah yang harus di lakukan agar tujuan dapat tercapai. Perencanaan produksi juga perlu melakukan peramalan permintaan. CV Hj. Diya Food merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi petis dengan kapasitas produksi ±6 Kw/hari. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh CV Hj. Diya Food yaitu mengalami permintaan yang sering diluar kapasitas produksi dan keterbatasan sumber daya yang dimiliki. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menentukan jumlah permintaan dan jumlah produksi untuk periode yang akan datang. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk peramalan yaitu ARIMA dan perencanaan produksi menggunakann metode Fuzzy Mamdani dan Fuzzy Sugeno. Variabel yang dimodelkan yaitu permintaan, persediaan dan produksi dengan himpunan fuzzy SEDIKIT, SEDANG, dan BANYAK, sehingga dari himpunan fuzzy tersebut diperoleh 9 aturan fuzzy. Defuzzyfikasi yang menggunakan centroid untuk metode Mamdani dan weighted average untuk metode Sugeno. Perencanaan produksi dilakukan terhadap 6 produk yaitu Madura Kecil kemasan cup dan plastik, Madura Besar kemasan plastik dan Jar, Ikan Tuna Murni kemasan plastik dan Jar. Setelah dilakukan peramalan maka dapat ditentukan metode terbaik dengan menggunakan metode Mean Absolute Percentage Eror Hasil perhitungan nilai MAPE dari masing-masing metode menunjukan bahwa, produk Madura Kecil Kemasan Cup memiliki nilai terbaik pada metode Sugeno linear dengan nilai 4.6%. Pada produk Madura Kecil kemasan plastik, Madura Besar kemasan plastik dan Jar, Ikan Tuna Murni kemasan plastik dan Jar memiliki nilai terbaik pada metode Sugeno konstan dengan masing-masing nilai 6.62%, 7.46%, 15.81%, 18.05% dan 45.01%.
English Abstract
Each company has a goal to achieve the target of profit maximization and minimization of production costs. The success of the company is determined by the ability to meet the demand that sometimes can not be met, so that required forecasting and planning. Planning is the basic process of management to determine the goals and steps that must be done so that the goal can be achieved. Production planning also needs to forecast deman. CV Hj. Diya Food is one of the companies that produce petis with production capacity ± 6 Kw / day. Problems experienced by CV Hj. Diya Food is experiencing demand that is often outside the production capacity and limited resources. The purpose of research is to determine the number of requests and production amount for the period to come. The approach used for forecasting is ARIMA and production planning using Fuzzy Mamdani and Fuzzy Sugeno method. the modeled variables are demand, supply and production with fuzzy set LITTLE, MEDIUM, and MANY, so that from the fuzzy set are obtained 9 fuzzy rules. Defuzzification using centroid for Mamdani method and weighted average for Sugeno method. Production planning is done on 6 product ie Madura Kecil packaging cup and plastic, Madura Besar packaging plastic and jar, Ikan Tuna Murni packaging plastic and jar. After the forecasting can be determined the best method by using Mean Absolute Percentage Error method The result of MAPE value calculation from each method shows that, the product, Madura Kecil packaging cup has the best value on the linear Sugeno method with a value of 4.6%. On the product Madura Kecil packaging plastic, Madura Besar packaging plastic and jar, Ikan Tuna Murni packaging plastic and jar has the best value on the Sugeno method constant with each of 6.62%, 7.46%, 15.81%, 18.05% and 45.01%.
