Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas persoalan pelaksanaan SVLK di Kabupaten Jombang. Tujuan adanya peraturan tentang SVLK ini adalah untuk mengurangi adanya illegal logging, meningkatkan kesadaran para industri kayu tentang pentingnya legalitas kayu, dan untuk membantu para pengusaha membantu usahanya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulis mengangkat rumusan masalah antara lain pertama, Bagaimana Pelaksanaan Pasal 9 Peraturan Bupati Jombang No 14 tahun 2015 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu ? Kedua, Apa kendala dan solusi dalam Pelaksanaan Pasal 9 Peraturan Bupati Jombang No 14 tahun 2015 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu ? Dalam pelaksanaannya sudah cukup baik, meskipun terdapat kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaannya.
English Abstract
This study addresses the question of the enforcement lumber legality system verification. The purpose of regulation about enforcement lumber legality system verification are to reduce the presence of illegal logging, the timber industry to increasw awareness about the importance of timber legality, and to help employers xpand the business. Based on the things above, the authors raised the formulation of the problem, among others, first, How do the enforcement of Article 9 Regent Jombang Ordinance Number 14 year 2015 on Guidance for Timber Legality Verification System?. Secondly, What are the constraints and completion in the enforcement of Article 9 of the Regent Jombang Ordinance Number 14 year 2015 on Guidance for Timber Legality Verification System? The enforcement is quite good, although there are constraints in enforcement.
