Abstract
Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang merupakan instansi penyelenggara pendidikan. Tata kelola merupakan bagian penting dalam organisasi untuk mengendalikan rencana dan implementasi dari strategi dengan memastikan bisnis dan teknologi informasi berjalan baik. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara ditemui permasalahan mengenai sumber daya teknologi informasi yaitu pengelolaan asset dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Maka dibutuhkan evaluasi mengenai tingkat kapabilitas sumber daya teknologi informasi. Kerangka kerja COBIT 5 tepat untuk melakukan evaluasi tingkat kapabilitas sumber daya teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan domain EDM 04 Ensure Resource Optimisation, APO 07 Manage Human Resources, BAI 09 Manage Assets dan DSS 01 Manage Operations. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, dari level target yang diharapkan sebesar 2 yaitu Managed Process pada setiap domain yang dievaluasi tingkat kapabilitas yang didapatkan sebesar 1 yaitu Performed Process sehingga untuk setiap domain memiliki nilai gap sebesar 1. Untuk mencapai level target rekomendasi yang diberikan berfokus pada perencanaan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan pengelolaan asset pada organisasi.
English Abstract
Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang is an institution of education providers. Governance is an important part of the organization to controlling the plan and implementation of the strategy by ensuring business also information technology is working well. Based on the results of interviews encountered problems regarding information technology resources, namely as Asset Management and Human Resources Management (HRM). An evaluation of the level of information technology capability is required. The COBIT 5 framework is appropriate to evaluate the capabilities of information technology resources using the EDM 04 Ensure Resource Optimization domain, APO 07 Manage Human Resources, BAI 09 Manage Assets and also DSS 01 Manage Operations. According to the evaluation results, from the expected target level of 2 that is Managed Process at each domain evaluated capability level obtained by 1 that is Performed Process so that for each domain has a gap value of 1. Thus, To achieve target level of recommendation given focuses on Human Resource Planning & Management and Organizational Assets Management.
