Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk di Indonesia menyebabkan semakin tinggi pula permintaan konsumsi terhadap sayuran, salah satu sayuran yang diminati ialah pakcoy. Pakcoy (Brassica chinensis L.) ialah tanaman jenis sayur - sayuran yang termasuk keluarga Brassicaceae yang mudah diperoleh dan cukup ekonomis. Badan Pusat Statistik (2015) menyatakan bahwa produksi sayuran pakcoy di Indonesia mengalami fluktuasi. Produksi pada tahun 2011-2015 secara berurutan ialah 580.969 ton, 594.934 ton, 635.728 ton, 602.478 ton dan 600.200 ton. Salah satu penyebab fluktuasi produksi pakcoy di Indonesia ialah permasalahan dalam budidaya pertanian yang kurang intensif, dimana penggunaan pupuk anorganik yang berlebihan dilakukan sebagai upaya peningkatan kuantitas tanaman tanpa memperhatikan kualitas dan kontinuitas tanahnya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dapat dilakukan upaya-upaya perbaikan dalam teknik budidaya pertanian, diantaranya ialah penggunaan pupuk organik yang ditujukan untuk menekan penggunaan pupuk anorganik serta sebagai usaha dalam keberlanjutan pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh dosis pemberian biourin sapi dan pupuk N anorganik pada tanaman pakcoy dan menentukan dosis perlakuan pemberian biourin sapi dan pupuk N anorganik yang sesuai tanaman pakcoy. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Tiron, Kecamatan Banyakan, Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur dengan ketinggian 150 meter diatas permukaan laut (mdpl). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Mei-Juni 2017. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah cangkul, gembor, ember, penggaris, meteran, papan nama, kertas label, alat tulis, timbangan analitik, jangka sorong, LAM (Leaf Area Meter) dan kamera. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah benih pakcoy varietas Flamingo, air, urin sapi, kotoran sapi, EM4, molase, pupuk urea (46% N), pupuk SP-36 (36% P2O5), pupuk KCl (60% K2O). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri atas 9 perlakuan yaitu 0 ml Biourin sapi tan-1+ 0 kg N ha-1 (P0), 88 ml Biourin sapi tan-1 + 0 kg N ha-1 (P1), 88 ml Biourin sapi tan-1 + 27 kg N ha-1 (P2), 88 ml Biourin sapi tan-1 + 54 kg N ha-1 (P3), 88 ml Biourin sapi tan-1 + 80 kg N ha-1 (P4), 176 ml Biourin sapi tan-1 + 0 kg N ha-1 (P5), 176 ml Biourin sapi tan-1 + 27 kg N ha-1 (P6), 176 ml Biourin sapi tan-1 + 54 kg N ha-1 (P7), 176 ml Biourin sapi tan-1 + 80 kg N ha-1 (P8) dilakukan pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali sehingga didapat 27 plot percobaan. Pengamatan yang dilakukan terdiri dari pengamatan pertumbuhan dan panen. Parameter yang diamati ialah panjang tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot segar total tanaman, bobot segar konsumsi tanaman, diameter bonggol dan bobot segar konsumsi konsumsi per hektar. Data yang diperolah dari hasil pengamatan di analisis ragam (ANOVA) taraf 5% untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari perlakuan. Apabila terdapat beda nyata maka dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) dengan taraf 5%.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh nyata terhadap parameter pengamatan jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot segar total tanaman, bobot segar konsumsi tanaman, diameter bonggol dan bobot segar konsumsi per hekar pada perlakuan 176 ml Biourin sapi +54 kg N, namun tidak berbeda nyata pada parameter pengamatan panjang tanaman. Perlakuan 176 ml Biourin sapi + 54 kg N menghasilkan bobot segar konsumsi per hektar yang lebih baik yaitu 78.08% dibanding tanpa menggunakan biourin sapi dan pupuk N Anorganik dan memiliki R/C tertinggi yaitu 1,85.

English Abstract

Along with the increasing number of people in Indonesia cause the higher demand consumption of vegetable, especially for pakcoy. Pakcoy is a type of vegetable that belongs to the family of Brassicaceae which is easy to obtain and quite economical. The Central Bureau of Statistics (2015) states that the production of pakcoy vegetables in Indonesia is fluctuating. Production in 2011-2015 in sequence is 580,969 tons, 594,934 tons, 635,728 tons, 602,478 tons and 600,200 tons. One of the causes of fluctuation of Pakcoy production in Indonesia is the problem of inadequate agricultural cultivation, where the use of excessive inorganic fertilizers is done as an effort to increase the quantity of plants without regard to the quality and continuity of the soil. To overcome these problems can be done improvement efforts in agricultural cultivation techniques, such as the use of organic fertilizer intended to suppress the use of inorganic fertilizers as well as businesses in the sustainability of agriculture. This research aims to study the effect of dosage cow biourin and N anorganic fertilizer on pakcoy and to determine the dosage of treatment cow biourin and N anorganic fertilizer that yields the highest growth and yield. This research was conducted in Tiron Village, Banyakan District, Kediri Regency, East Java with height 150 meters above sea level (mdpl). The research was carried out from May-June 2017. The tools used in the study were hoes, gembor, bucket, ruler, meter, nameplate, label paper, stationery, analytical scales, sliding range, LAM (Leaf Area Meter) and camera. The materials used in this research are seed pakcoy varieties Flamingo, flavored water, cow urine, cow dung, EM4, molasses, urea fertilizer (46% N), SP-36 fertilizer (36% P2O5), KCl fertilizer (60% K2O). This research uses a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 9 treatments that 0 ml cow biourin per plant + 0 kg N per hectar (P0), 88 ml cow biourin per plant + 0 kg N per hectare (P1 ), 88 ml cow biourin per plant + 27 kg N per hectare (P2), 88 ml cow biourin per plant + 54 kg N per hectare (P3), 88 ml cow biourin per plant + 80 kg N per hectare (P4), 176 ml cow biourin per plant + 0 kg N per hectare (P5), 176 ml cow biourin per plant + 27 kg N per hectare (P6), 176 ml cow biourin per plant + 54 kg N per hectare (P7), 176 ml cow biourin per plant + 80 kg N per hectare (P8) and be repeated 3 times so that 27 plots were obtained. Observations made consisted of observations of growth and harvest. The parameters observed were length of plant, number of leaves, leaf area, total fresh weight of the plant, fresh weight of planting consumption, diameter of the hump and fresh weight consumption per hectare. Data obtained from observations in the analysis of variance (ANOVA) 5% level to determine the effect of the treatment. If there significant effect on the treatment then continued with the Honestly Significance Difference Test (HSD) with the level of 5% The results showed that there were significant effect on observation parameter number of leaves, leaf area, total fresh weight of the plant, fresh weight of planting consumption, diameter of the hump and fresh weight consumption per hectare at 176 ml cow biourin + 54 kg N, but not significant on observation parameter length of plant. The treatment of 176 ml of cow biourin + 54 kg N resulted in better fresh weight consumption per hectare of 78.08% than without cow biourin and anorganic N fertilizer and had the highest R/C of 1,85.
