Abstract

Undang- undang No.33 Tahun 2014 pasal 4 menyatakan semua produk yang masuk, beredar, dan diperjualbelikan di Indonesia wajib bersertifikasi halal. Sertifikasi halal merupakan fatwa tertulis yang diterbitkan Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) yang menyatakan kehalalan produk makanan sesuai syariat Islam. Banyak pemilik industri yang bingung dengan tata cara pengajuan sertifikasi halal khususnya industri makanan skala menengah kebawah. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin besar memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem pakar berbasis android untuk membantu pemilik industri pengolahan mengetahui kesiapannya dalam melakukan sertifikasi halal dan memberikan edukasi mengenai sertifikasi halal industri makanan yang mudah dimengerti. Metode dalam pengembangan sistem pakar ini adalah forward chaining. Metode ini merupakan alat penelusuran ke depan sesuai fakta-fakta yang ada. Kesimpulan didapatkan dari hasil pengolahan fakta-fakta dengan aturan dalam sistem. Aturan yang digunakan dalam metode ini adalah IF_THEN. Setelah melakukan 3 tahap perancangan sistem pakar audit halal industri pengolahan (tahap pengumpulan data, perubahan pertanyaan rule menjadi aplikasi, dan tampilan komponen aplikasi) didapatkan hasil berupa prototype aplikasi android yang memberikan rekomendasi yang tepat. Hasil uji aplikasi didapatkan yaitu 93% menunjukkan bahwa desain interface menarik bagi pengguna,93% menunjukkan bahwa pertanyaan yang dikeluarkan mudah dipahami, 86% menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mudah dijalankan, 86% rekomendasi mudah dipahami, dan yang terakhir 93% memiliki daya Tarik interface bagi pengguna. Rekomendasi untuk perbaikan sistem ini adalah diperlukannya aplikasi secara online sehingga informasi yang dibutuhkan dapat diperbaharui.

English Abstract

Rule of law number 33 of 2014 article 4 states that all products that enter, circulate, and which are traded in Indonesia are required to have halal certification.. Halal certification is a written fatwa published by Indonesia Cleric Assembly (MUI) which states that the halal food products according to Islamic Shari’a. Many industry owners are confused with the procedures for filing halal certification, especially the middle-scale food industry. The development of increasingly large information technology is easier for people in getting information. The purpose of this research is to design an expert system based on android to help the owner of processing industry to know its readiness to do halal certification and to educate about halal certification of food industry which is easy to be understood. The method in developing this expert system is forward chaining. This method is a future search tool in accordance with the facts. The conclusion is obtained from the processing of facts with the rules in the system. The rules used in this method is IF_THEN. After performing 3 stages of designing expert system of industrial processing halal audit (data collection stage, the change question rule into application, and application component display) obtained as a result of either a prototype android applications that provide the appropriate recommendations. The result of the application test is 93% indicated that the design of the interface is attractive for the users, 93% indicated that question issued easily understood, 86% indicated that the application is easy to run, 86% of the recommendations are easy to understood,and the last 93% have an interface appeal for the user. Recommendation for improvements to this system is the need for applications made online so that the required information can be updated.
