Abstract
Website Filkom.ub.ac.id adalah fasilitas yang disediakan oleh fakultas ilmu komputer universitas brawijaya sebagai media penyebaran informasi dan media pembelajaran. Informasi tersebut seperti profil fakultas, kemahasiswaan, informasi beasiswa, informasi keorganisasian fakultas, pendidikan, jadwal kuliah, informasi pendaftaran, kalender akademik dan pengumuman-pengumuman yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan akademik maupun non akademik fakultas, serta untuk memenuhi point pada penilaian borang. Sehingga kualitas website harus diperhatikan untuk keakuratan dan kelengkapan data, informasi yang dipublikasikan serta untuk mengetahui sejauh mana website mampu dioperasikan oleh pengguna. Untuk dapat mengetahui kualitas website, maka peniliti melakukan sebuah penelitian berupa evaluasi kualitas layanan pada website fakultas ilmu komputer universitas brawijaya menggunakan konsep product operation dengan aspek correctness, reliability, effiency, integrity dan usability. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan kuantitatif dan rancangan deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada variabel correctness, reliability, effiency, integrity dan usability dengan indikator communicativeness dan operability adalah kuisioner yang disebarkan secara online dan offline dengan sampel sebanyak 98 responden. Sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data pada indikator training menggunakan task yang diberikan kepada 20 responden. Untuk melakukan analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, analisis deskritiptif, dan task. Dari hasil uji normalitas diketahui variabel correctness, reliability, effiency, integrity dan usability pada indikator comunicativeness dan operability tidak terdistribusi normal. Pada analisis deskrptif diperoleh hasil rata-rata variabel coreccteness sebesar 82,89% mendapatkan kategori baik, variabel reliability sebesar 81,05% mendapatkan kategori baik, variabel effiency sebesar 73,00% mendapatkan kategori baik, variabel integrity sebesar 82,63% mendapatkan kategori baik dan variabel usability dengan indikator communicativeness dan operability sebesar 83,57% mendapatkan kategori baik. Sedangkan indikator training dengan pengujian task diperoleh kecepatan rata-rata waktu dalam pengerjaan task menghabiskan waktu 16,787 detik untuk menyelesaikan task. Pada task T2,T3 dan T4 memiliki skor effectiveness sebesar 100% dan efficiency sebesar 100%. Sedangkan untuk effectiveness T1 mendapatkan skor 95% dan efficiency 84%. Dari rata-rata T1,T2,T3, dan T4 diperoleh kategori sangat baik untuk effectiveness dan kategori sangat baik untuk efficiency.
English Abstract
Website Filkom.ub.ac.id is a facility provided by the faculty of computer science brawijaya University as a medium for dissemination of information and learning media. Information such as faculty profiles, student affairs, scholarship information, faculty organizational information, education, lecture schedules, registration information, academic calendars and announcements relating to academic and non academic activities of the faculty, as well as to meet the point on the assessment form. So the quality of the website must be considered for the accuracy and completeness of the data, published information and to know the extent to which the website is able to be operated by the user. To be able to know the quality of the website, the researchers conducted a study in the form of evaluation of service quality on the website of computer science faculty of Brawijaya University using product operation concept with correctness, reliability, effiency, integrity and usability aspects. In this study using quantitative shortcuts and descriptive design. Techniques used to collect data on variable correctness, reliability, effiency, integrity and usability with indicator communicativeness and operability are questionnaires distributed online and offline with a sampel of 98 respondents. As for the data collection on training indicators using a task assigned to 20 respondents. To perform data analysis using normality test, descriptive analysis, and task. From result of normality test known variable of correctness, reliability, effiency, integrity and usability at indicator comunicativeness and operability are not normally distributed. In the analysis deskrptif obtained the average results of coreccteness variable of 82.89% get good category, reliability variable equal to 81,05% get good category, effiency variable equal to 73,00% get good category, integrity variable equal to 82,63% get category good and variable usability with indicator communicativeness and operability equal to 83,57% get good category. While the indicators of training with the testing task obtained the average speed of time in the work of the task spent 16,787 seconds to complete the task. In task T2, T3 and T4 have effectiveness score of 100% and 100% efficiency. While for effectiveness T1 get score 95% and efficiency 84%. From the average of T1, T2, T3, and T4 obtained very good category for effectiveness and very good category for efficiency.
