Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepatuhan PT PUPUK Kaltim (PKT) ke Pedoman GRI G4 dan relevansi untuk menciptakan nilai bersama (CSV) dari laporan CSR-nya. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dari Laporan Keberlanjutan dan Kemitraan dan Pengembangan Masyarakat pada tahun 2015. Untuk menganalisis data, analisis konten digunakan. Hasil mengungkapkan bahwa PKT memenuhi pedoman sementara ada beberapa aspek yang belum disajikan sebagai PKT baru saja mengadopsi pedoman GRI G4 pada tahun 2015. Dalam Laporan Keberlanjutan, relevansi CSV dapat ditemukan dalam aspek lingkungan seperti mengurangi emisi, mengurangi penggunaan energi, dan pengolahan limbah. Dalam aspek sosial, relevansi CSV berupa penyediaan layanan pelatihan, kesehatan dan keselamatan. Sementara itu, relevansi CSV dari Laporan Kemitraan dan Pengembangan Masyarakat tercermin pada penyediaan modal untuk mitra terlatih di pertanian, perikanan, dan peternakan. Terakhir, perusahaan membangun peningkatan infrastruktur publik, peningkatan kesehatan, dan memberikan beasiswa untuk masyarakat yang ditargetkan.

English Abstract

The objective of the research is to analyze the compliance of PT Pupuk Kaltim (PKT) to GRI G4 Guidelines and the relevance to Creating Shared Value (CSV) of its CSR report. Qualitative method was used in this research. The data was collected from Sustainability and Partnership and Community Development Reports in 2015. To analyze the data, the content analysis was used. The results reveal that PKT complies the guidelines while there are several aspects which are not presented yet as PKT has just adopted the GRI G4 Guidelines in 2015. In the Sustainability Report, the CSV relevance can be found in the aspect of environment such as reducing the emissions, reducing energy usage, and waste treatment. In the social aspect, the CSV relevance is in the form of providing training, health and safety facilities. Meanwhile, the CSV relevance of the Partnership and Community Development Report is reflected on the provision of capital for the trained partner in agricultural, fishery, and animal husbandry. Lastly, company builds public infrastructure improvement, health improvement, and provide scholarship for the targeted society.
