Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti variabel sikap, norma subjektif, persepsi kontrol perilaku, kesadaran, dan pengetahuan atas sanksi terhadap perilaku kepatuhan ikatan dinas Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Republik Indonesia. Responden penelitian adalah 87 pegawai negeri di lingkungan kantor pusat BPK RI. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 2.0 dalam mengevaluasi model pengukuran (outer model) dan model struktural (inner model). Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap dan kesadaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan ikatan dinas. Sedangkan norma subjektif, persepsi kontrol perilaku, dan pengetahuan atas sanksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan ikatan dinas. Hal tersebut menjelaskan bahwa dalam upaya menciptakan suatu perilaku kepatuhan ikatan dinas diperlukan kesadaran terlebih dahulu agar kemudian dapat membentuk suatu sikap yang menimbulkan perilaku patuh.
English Abstract
The research aims to influence of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, awareness, and knowledge on punishment towards the compliance of the service contract. This case study was administered to 87 respondents working as the civil servants at the Indonesian Supreme Audit Board (Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan/BPK). The data are analyzed by means of Partial Least Square of Smart PLS version 2.0 to evaluate the measurement (outer) model and the structural (inner) model. The result of the study shows that attitude and awareness significantly influence the compliance of service contract; meanwhile, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and knowledge on punishment do not have any effect toward such compliance. This implies that raising the servant’s compliance requires a strong awareness that might trigger positive attitudes with regard to the service contract.
