Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel perceived risk terhadap minat beli kembali konsumen Zalora di Kota Malang dan pengaruh perceived quality terhadap minat beli kembali konsumen Zalora di Kota Malang. Penelitian menjelaskan tentang adanya pengaruh variabel perceived risk dan perceived quality terhadap minat beli kembali. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan menggunakan metode survei. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah warga Kota Malang yang pernah melakukan transaksi di Zalora dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 130 responden. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik perceived risk maupun perceived quality keduanya memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli kembali.
English Abstract
This research aims to reveal the effect of perceived risk and perceived quality variables on Zalora consumer repurchase intention in Malang. The population of this research comprises Malang’s residents whom at have ever spent their time shopping on Zalora least once. The sample size consist of 130 respondents. This is an explanatory research with survey method. The data collection technique utilized questionnaire with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results shows that perceived risk and perceived quality each has partial effect on repurchase intention. Among the two variables, perceived quality has dominant effect on Zalora’s consumer repurchase intention.
