Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kegiatan, implementasi, serta pelaporan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan perum Perumnas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan secara keseluruhan Perum Perumnas telah dilakukan dengan baik, meskipun masih terdapat kekurangan. Dalam pelaporan kegiatan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaannya, Perum Perumnas sudah melakukan pelaporan dengan baik namun pelaporan Perum Perumnas tidak mengacu pada standar GRI dan tidak membuat laporan terpisah, melainkan dilaporkan dalam laporan tahunan perusahaan. Meskipun demikian Perum Perumnas tidak menghilangkan apa yang seharusnya menjadi inti dari laporan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan.
English Abstract
This research is conducted to analyze the activities, implementation, and reporting of Perumnas’s corporate social responsibility. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data are collected through interview and documents. The results of this research showed that the activities of Perumnas’s corporate social responsibility are good enough, although there are still shortcoming. In the reporting of corporate social responsibility, Perumnas had already doing well but the report is not refer to the GRI standards and Perumnas does not create separate report, it is reported in annual report. However, Perumnas did not eliminate what should be the core of corporate social responsibility report .
