Abstract
Dewasa ini persaingan dunia bisnis yang sangat ketat menuntut semua negara untuk mengikuti kemajuan di segala bidang, baik di bidang ekonomi, teknologi, informasi maupun sumber daya manusia. Salah satu hal yang paling penting dalam suatu organisasi adalah peranan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atau mengidentifikasi pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung variabel stressor lingkungan kerja (Independent Variable) terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Dependent Variable) melalui variabel job stress (Intervening Variable). Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Sindopex Perotama Sidoarjo dengan menggunakan 99 orang sampel dari total 99 karyawan non pimpinan yang terdapat pada perusahaan tersebut. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analisys) dapat ditemukan beberapa hubungan dari variabel-variabel tersebut yaitu Stressor lingkungan kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap job stress karyawan pada PT. Sindopex Perotama Sidoarjo, Job stresssecara signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sindopex Perotama Sidoarjo, Stressor lingkungan kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sindopex Perotama Sidoarjo, Stressor lngkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalu job stress karyawanPT. Sindopex Perotama Sidoarjo.
English Abstract
Today the competition in this business world is tight that requires all states to follow the progress in all areas, both in economics, technology, information and resources. The most important thing in an organization is the role of human resources. This study aims to determine or identify the direct and indirect influence of workplace stressor (Independent Variable) on the performance employees (Dependent Variable) through job stress (Intervening Variable). This research was conducted at PT. Sindopex Perotama Sidoarjo using 99 samples from a total of 99 employees who are non-leaders in the company. From the analysis using path analysis has some relationship of these variables are workplace stressors are significant directly affect the job stress of employees at PT. Sindopex Perotama Sidoarjo, Job stress are significant direct effect on the performance of employees at PT. Sindopex Perotama Sidoarjo, workplace stressors do not have a direct influence on the performance of employees at PT. Sindopex Perotama Sidoarjo, workplace stressors indirect effect on performance through job stress PT. Sindopex Perotama Sidoarjo.
