Abstract
Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi Langsung (Direct Financial Payment) Dan Kompensasi Tidak Langsung (Indirect Payment) Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pt. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk. Kompensasi Dapat Dibagi Menjadi Dua Jenis Yaitu Kompensasi Langsung (Direct Financial Payment) Dan Kompensasi Tidak Langsung (Indirect Payment). Pengukuran Kompensasi Langsung (Direct Financial Payment) Dan Kompensasi Tidak Langsung (Indirect Payment) Pada Penelitian Ini Berdasarkan Pada Variabel-Variabel Yaitu Gaji, Insentif, Komisi, Bonus, Upah Untuk Waktu Tidak Bekerja (Supplemental Pay Benefits), Tunjangan Asuransi, Tunjangan Pensiun, Dan Tunjangan Dinas Karyawan. Jumlah Populasi Yang Di Gunakan Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah 400 Karyawan Pt. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk, Jakarta, Selanjutnya Peneliti Mengunakan Teknik Simple Random Sampling Dan Jumlah Sampel Dalam Penelitian Ini Sejumlah 80 Karyawan Pt. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk, Jakarta. Analisis Data Dilakukan Dengan Menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik Dan Pengujian Hipotesis Dengan Menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil Penelitian Ini Menunjukkan Bahwa Variabel Gaji, Komisi, Upah Untuk Waktu Tidak Bekerja (Supplemental Pay Benefits), Tunjangan Asuransi, Tunjangan Pensiun, Dan Tunjangan Dinas Karyawan Berpengaruh Positif Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pt. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk, Jakarta. Sedangkan Variabel Insentif, Dan Bonustidak Berpengaruh Positif Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pt. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk, Jakarta. Besarnya (R2) Kedelapan Variabel Independen Tersebut Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pt. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk, Jakarta Adalah Sebesar 49,9%, Sedangkan Sisanya Yakni Sebesar 50,1% Dipengaruhi Oleh Variabel Lain Yang Tidak Diteliti Dalam Penelitian Ini.
English Abstract
The Purpose Of This Research Is To Determine The Influence Of Direct Compensation (Direct Financial Payment) And Indirect Compensation (Indirect Payment) To Work Productivity Of Employees Of Pt. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk. Compensation Can Be Divided Into Two Types: Direct Compensation (Direct Financial Payment) And Compensated Indirectly (Indirect Payment). The Measurement Of Direct Compensation (Direct Financial Payment) And Compensated Indirectly (Indirect Payment) In This Study Are Based On Variables Salary, Incentive, Commission, Bonus, Remuneration For Time Not Worked (Supplemental Pay Benefits), Insurance Benefits, Retirement Benefits, And Benefits The Employees. The Population Figures Used In This Research Is The 400 Employees Of Pt. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk, Jakarta, The Research Using Simple Random Sampling Technique And The Number Of Samples In This Study Some 80 Employees Of Pt. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk., Jakarta. Data Analysis Was Performed Using The Classical Assumption And Hypothesis Testing With Multiple Linear Regression Method. The Results Of This Research Indicate That A Variable Salary, Commission, Wages For Time Not Worked (Supplemental Pay Benefits), Insurance Benefits, Retirement Benefits, And Benefits The Employee Have A Positive Impact On The Work Productivity Of Employees Of Pt. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk., Jakarta. While The Variable Bonus, Incentive Do Not Have Positive Impact On The Work Productivity Of Employees Of Pt. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk., Jakarta. The Effect (R2) Of That Eighth Independent Variables In Of Work Productivity Of Employees Of Pt. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk, Jakarta Amounted To 49,9%, While 50.1% Of The Remaining Amount Is Influenced By Other Variables Which Are Not Examined In This Research.
