Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aplikasi manajemen strategik yang dilakukan oleh Vafa Furniture selama ini, analisis lingkungan pada Vafa Furniture dan strategi perusahaan yang sesuai dengan kondisi Vafa Furniture. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif. Analisis kualitatif merupakan analisis dengan data bukan angka. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis EFE, IFE, SWOT, IE Matriks dan QSPM. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di Vafa Furniture yang terletak di Jl. Borobudur Agung Barat VII/6 Blimbing – Malang. Vafa Furniture didirikan dengan konsep dasar menjadi perusahaan furniture yang memanfaatkan celah pasar berupa produk furniture minimalis dan berkarakter. Selain itu Vafa Furniture selalu melakukan inovasi untuk tumbuh dan berkembang dan memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan. Vafa Furniture memiliki potensi besar untuk tumbuh dan berkembang. Potensi Vafa Furniture ditunjukkan oleh aspek kekuatan internal yang dimiliki oleh Vafa Furniture. Vafa Furniture menghadapi ancaman yang besar dari perusahaan sejenis yang memiliki modal besar dan lebih efisien, sehingga dibutuhkan inovasi untuk dapat terus tumbuh dan berkembang.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the application of strategic management is carried out by Vafa Furniture during this , the Vafa Furniture environmental analysis and corporate strategy are in accordance with the conditions Vafa Furniture . The data analysis technique used is the qualitative analysis . Qualitative analysis is the analysis of the data is not a number . The analytical tool used in this study is based on analysis of EFE , IFE , SWOT , IE Matrix and QSPM . This study was included in the descriptive research . The study was conducted in Vafa Furniture is located at Jl . Borobudur the Great Western VII / 6 Blimbing - Malang . Vafa Furniture was established with the basic concept into a furniture company that utilizes a market gap and minimalist furniture character . Additionally Vafa Furniture always make innovations to grow and thrive and meet the needs and desires of customers . Vafa Furniture has a great potential to grow and flourish . The potential shown by Vafa Furniture aspects of internal strength possessed by Vafa Furniture . Vafa large furniture facing the threat of similar companies that have large capital and more efficient , so it takes innovation to be able to continue to grow and thrive .
