Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh bauran pemasaran jasa terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam mengunjungi Eco Green Park. Penelitian ini memfokuskan untuk melihat pengaruh produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, orang, proses, dan bentuk fisik terhadap keputusan konsumen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Eco Green Park. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan instrument penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji rehabilitas. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t daari analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk, lokasi dan bentuk fisik berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen. Sedangkan harga, promosi, orang, dan proses tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan.
English Abstract
The aim of this research is to examine the influence of service marketing mix on customers’ decisions to visit Eco Green Park. It focuses on investigation to reveal the effect of product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence on customer decision. The samples of this research is visitors of Eco Green Park. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the research instrument was tested using validity and reliability test. The hypotesis was tested using t test from multiple regression analysis. The result show that product, place and physical evindence have significant effects on Customer Decision. However, price, promotion, people and process have not significant effects on Customer Decision.
