Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan minat belajar terhadap pemahaman akuntansi mahasiswa. Variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan emosional (X1), kecerdasan spiritual (X2) dan minat belajar (X3), sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah pemahaman akuntansi (Y). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi Universitas Brawijaya angkatan 2010 yang berjumlah 105 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji t sebagai uji hipotesisnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spritual dan minat belajar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pemahaman akuntansi, dan faktor minat belajar kerja memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap pemahaman akuntansi dari pada faktor kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual.
English Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and learning interest of student accounting understanding. The independent variables used in this study are emotional intelligence (X1), spiritual intelligence (X2) and interest in learning (X3), while the dependent variable is the understanding of accounting (Y). The samples in this study are accounting students UB class of 2010, amounting to 105 people. Analysis techniques used in this study is a multiple linear regression using the F test and t test as a test of the hypothesis. The results of this study show that emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and learning interest influence the understanding of accounting, and the learning interest has a more dominant effect on the understanding of accounting compared to intelligence.
