Abstract
Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dimunculkan oleh faktor eksternal dan faktor internal, yang mempengaruhi pengembangan usaha di perusahaan roti Hawaii Bakery Malang dan untuk merumuskan alternatif strategi dan pilihan strategi pengembangan pada perusahaan roti Hawaii Bakery yang dapat dijalankan Hawaii Bakery Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan rancangan studi kasus strategi pengembangan pada perusahaan roti Hawaii Bakery Malang agar dapat mengetahui kendala-kendala yang sedang dan yang akan dihadapi perusahaan, serta memberikan alternatif strategi yang tepat untuk diterapkan oleh perusahaan roti Hawaii Bakery Malang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data yang diperoleh diolah dan dianalisis dengan metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu matriks EFAS, matriks IFAS, matriks IE, matriks SPACE, dan QSPM. Berdasarkan analisis lingkungan eksternal dan internal ternyata perusahaan roti Hawaii Bakery Malang berada pada posisi berbenah diri / konservatif serta sedang dalam kondisi tumbuh dan membangun, sehingga perusahaan roti Hawaii Bakery Malang perlu menerapkan strategi WO. Dalam penerapan strategi WO tersebut dan menurut matriks QSPM maka perusahaan roti Hawaii Bakery Malang perlu memprioritaskan penerapan strategi pengembangan produk, di samping penerapan strategi pengembangan pasar, penetrasi pasar, dan yang terakhir adalah penerapan strategi diversifikasi terkait. Penerapan strategi-strategi tersebut bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perusahaan di tengah kondisi persaingan yang semakin ketat.
English Abstract
This research aimed to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats posed by external and internal factors, which affect the companys business development in Hawaii Bakery bread Malang and to formulate alternative strategies and options in the companys development strategy Hawaiian Bakery bread that can be run Hawaii Bakery Malang.The method used in this research is a descriptive study using a case study design in the companys development strategy Hawaiian Bakery bread Malang to be aware of the constraints that are being and will be faced by enterprises, as well as provide appropriate alternative strategies to be implemented by the companys Hawaiian Bread Bakery Malang. The data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The data obtained were processed and analyzed by the method of analysis used is the matrix of EFAS, IFAS matrix, IE matrix, SPACE matrix, and QSPM. Based on the analysis of the external environment and internal company appeared Hawaiian Bakery bread Malang is in a position to improve itself / conservatives as well as being in a state of growing and building, so the companys bread Hawaii Bakery WO Malang need to implement the strategy. In the application of the WO strategy and according to the companys bread QSPM matrix Hawaiian Bakery Malang need to prioritize the implementation of product development strategies, in addition to the implementation of the strategy of market development, market penetration, and the latter is related to the implementation of the diversification strategy. Implementation of these strategies aim to grow the company in the midst of tight competition.
