Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jaminan sosial tenaga kerja terhadap produktivitas melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. GANDUM Bagian SKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara variabel dependen terhadap variabel independennya melalui variabel intervening digunakan analisis jalur. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan PT.GANDUM Bagian SKM. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel acak berstrata tidak proporsional. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner dengan skala pengukuran Likert. Pengujian instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji normalitas menggunakan uji Kolomogorov-Smirnov, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan jaminan sosial tenaga kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, jaminan sosial tenaga kerja terhadap produktivitas, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung jaminan sosial tenaga kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Dan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap produktivitas adalah kepuasan kerja.
English Abstract
The aim of this study is to found out impact social security of labor toward productivity through employee job satisfaction at PT. GANDUM division SKM. This study used quantitative approach and analysis data used path analysis. The subject of this study was PT. GANDUM employee division SKM. The sample of this study was 80 employees. The sampling technique used disproportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection by questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Study instrument by used validity and reliability test. The Normal Regression Distribution test used Kolomogorov-Smirnov, and the hypothesis used t test. The result of this study were a direct influence, positive and significant of social security of labor toward employee job satisfaction, social security of labor toward productivity and employee job satisfaction toward productivity. There was influence of indirect social security of labor toward productivity through job satisfaction. Meanwhile, from all of variables the dominant variable that influence productivity is job satisfaction.
