Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial, risiko bisnis dan kinerja keuangan pada PT Petrokimia Gresik. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer yaitu berupa wawancara langsung dengan pihak perusahaan dan data sekunder berupa data yang diperoleh dari data internal perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan paradigma interpretif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan mengenai tanggung jawab sosial, risiko bisnis dan kinerja keuangan telah diungkapkan oleh PT Petrokimia Gresik dengan cukup memadai dengan memberikan informasi yang jelas dan transparan mengenai hasil aktivitasnya.
English Abstract
This researach is aimed to analyze how disclosure of corporate social responsibility, business risk, and financial performance at PT Petrokimia Gresik. The research data used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by interview personal with internal people from companies and the secondary data was retrieved from internal data company. The research data is analyzed by decriptive qualitative method with interpretive paradigm. The results show that the disclosure of social responsibility, business risk and financial performance has been disclosed by the PT Petrokimia Gresik sufficient to provide clear and transparent information about the results of its activities.
