Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kondisi lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal, mengetahui rumusan strategi yang diterapkan, dan juga untuk mengetahui implementasi strategi yang cocok diterapkan untuk pengembangan bisnis yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh UMKM Rumah Busana Faiza Bordir. Kondisi lingkungan internal dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pemasaran, operasional, keuangan, dan sumber daya manusia. Dan kondisi lingkungan eksternal dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari faktor ekonomi, faktor sosial, faktor politik, faktor teknologi, dan faktor ekologi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif terapan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis IFAS (Internal Strategis Factor Analysis Summary), analisis EFAS (Eksternal Strategis Factor Analysis Summary), analisis SFAS (Startegic Factor Analysis Summary), analisis SWOT, matrix SPACE (Strategic Position and Action Evaluation), dan analisis QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Hasil analisis IFAS pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Busana Faiza Bordir memiliki kelebihan dalam hal desain produk bagus, inovatif, kreatif dan menarik dan kelemahan dalam hal keterbatasan peralatan penunjang untuk proses pembordiran. Berdasarkan analisis EFAS, Rumah Busana Faiza Bordir memiliki peluang yang terbesar adalah responsif terhadap peluang pasar dan faktor ancaman yang terbesar adalah adanya politik dumping dari Thailand dan Cina. Dari analisis SFAS diperoleh faktor-faktor strategis yang terbagi dalam 3 jangka waktu. Jangka waktu pendek yaitu lebih cepat megadopsi teknologi terbaru, jangka waktu menengah yaitu memiliki hak paten, dan jangka waktu panjang yaitu responsif terhadap peluang pasar. Dari hasil analisis SWOT dan matrix SPACE dari penelitian ini maka pilihan alternative strategi bagi Rumah Busana Faiza Bordir adalah Agresif.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of internal and external environment condition, the formulation of strategy adopted, and also to find a suitable implementation strategy applied to business development that should be carried out by SME Faiza Home Clothing Embroidery. Internal environmental conditions in this study consisted of marketing, operations, finance and human resources. And external environmental conditions in this study consisted of economic factors, social factors, political factors, technological factors, and ecological factors. Types of research used un this study is descriptive applied. Data analysis technique performed in this study are using IFAS analysis (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) , EFAS analysis (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary), SFAS analysis (Startegic Factor Analysis Summary), SWOT analysis, SPACE Matrix (Strategic Position and Action Evaluation), and QSPM analysis (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The results of the IFAS analysis in this study showed that Faiza Home Clothing Embroidery has advantages in terms of good product design, innovative, creative and interesting and also had weaknesses in terms of limitations equipments support for the embroidered process. Based on the EFAS analysis, Faiza Home Clothing Embroidery has the greatest opportunities in responsive to the market opportunities and had the biggest threats in the political dumping from Thailand and China. SFAS analysis obtained a strategic factors that are divided into 3 periods. The short term is quickly adoption the latest technologies, in medium term is have a patent, and long term is responsive to market opportunities. From the results of the SWOT analysis and SPACE matrix of this study, the selection alternative strategies for Faiza Home Clothing Embroidery is Aggressive
