English Abstract
This research aims to describe the process of teaching and learning of the Business and Professional Ethic Course. A case study method is used in this research. Informants of this research are from the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economic and Business, Brawijaya University. The findings indicate that students are enlighthened of this subject and improved their understanding of ethical behavior. However, the findings also suggest that the subject should be enhanced through various means.
