Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris adanya pengaruh karakteristik perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan Internet Financial and Sustainability Reporting (IFSR). Karakteristik perusahaan yang digunakan meliputi ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage, dan tipe industri. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 182 perusahaan yang diambil dari populasi sebanyak 429 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2011. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara nonrandom ( nonprobability sampling ) dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bukti empiris bahwa ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan tipe industri yang mempengaruhi pengungkapan IFSR. Sementara itu, variabel leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan IFSR.
