Abstract

Pulau Bali yang menjadi ikon Indonesia sudah sewajarnya untuk mempromosikan pulau-pulau lain yang ada di Indonesia. Hal ini dimaksud agar adanya pemerataan wisatawan mancanegara yang berkunjung ke daerah lain selain Pulau Bali. Berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi beberapa biro perjalanan Wisata, Pemerintah dan Masyarakat hanya mempromosikan pulau Bali saat wisatawan berkunjung. Hal tersebut menjadikan penumpukan wisatawan mancanegara berwisata di Pulau Bali. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, maka peneliti dalam penelitian tertarik untuk mengangkat judul “Analisis Saluran Distribusi Wisatawan Mancanegara di Pulau Bali” Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif dengan dua rumusan masalah, yaitu (1) bagaimana peran stakeholder saluran distribusi wisata mancanegara di Pulau Bali? (2) Apa faktor penghambat dan pendukung dari sistem saluran distribusi di Pulau Bali?. Sumber data diperoleh dari informan, observasi, dokumen, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. peran stakeholder saluran distribusi wisatawan mancanegara di Pulau Bali (1) peran para pemangku kepentingan stakeholders dalam saluran distribusi wisata sangatlah erat. Pemerintah berperan sebagai pemberdayaan, pengawas dan koordinator destinasi wisata di provinsi Bali. Pelaku usaha atau biro perjalanan berperan sebagai penarik wisatawan dengan memesan paket wisata pada biro perjalanan tersebut yang dikenakan pajak oleh pemerintah untuk pengembangan pariwisata di Bali, sedangkan masyarakat dapat berperan sebagai daya tarik obyek wisata dan pelaku usaha, karena para pelaku usaha biro perjalanan tersebut juga bagian dari masyarakat.. (2) faktor pendukung dalam saluran distribusi wisatawan di Pulau Bali adalah para stakeholder saling berkoordinasi dalam pendistribusian wisata kepada wisatawan yang akan berkunjung ke pulau Bali. Faktor-faktor penghambatnya adalah untuk soal birokrasi yang masih di keluhkan para pelaku biro perjalanan dan masyarakat untuk kepengurusan izin kepada pemerintah yang masih dirasa sulit. Berdasarkan uraian, peneliti memberi rekomendasi yaitu Melakukan dan meningkatkan kordinasi secara terus menerus dengan para stakeholders atau pemangku kepentingan.

English Abstract

The island of Bali which became the icon of Indonesia is naturally to promote other islands in Indonesia. This is intended for the equalization of foreign tourists who visit other areas other than the island of Bali. Based on the phenomenon that occurred some travel agents, the Government and Society only promote the island of Bali when tourists visit. This makes the accumulation of foreign tourists traveling on the island of Bali. Based on the above problems, the researchers in the study are interested to lift the title "Analysis of Distribution Channels Abroad in the Island of Bali" This research uses descriptive method of qualitative approach with two problem formulation, that is (1) how is the role of stakeholder of distribution channel of foreign tourism in Bali Island? (2) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors of the distribution channel system in Bali ?. Source of data obtained from informants, observation, document, and documentation. Data analysis uses four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. the role of stakeholders in the distribution channels of foreign tourists on the island of Bali (1) the role of stakeholder stakeholders in tourism distribution channels is very close. The government acts as an empowerment, supervisor and coordinator of tourist destinations in Bali province. Business actors or travel agents act as towing tourists by booking tour packages at the travel agency that is taxed by the government for tourism development in Bali, while the community can act as a tourist attraction and business actors, because the business actors are also part of travel of the community .. (2) supporting factors in the distribution channel of tourists on the island of Bali is the stakeholders coordinate each other in the distribution of tourism to tourists who will visit the island of Bali. The inhibiting factors are for the bureaucracy problem that is still being complained by the actors of the travel bureau and the public for the stewardship of the government's permit which is still difficult. Based on the description, the researcher recommends that is Do and improve the coordination continuously with the stakeholders or stakeholders.
