Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ketiga dimensi Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Sistem dan Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Berbasis E-Commerce. Efektivitas tersebut dinilai dengan tingkat kepuasan pemakai. Analisis yang digunakan dalam menguji Hipotesis 1 (H1), Hipotesis 2 (H2), dan Hipotesis 3 (H3) dengan menggunakan uji statistik regresi berganda dan software SPSS 15 untuk menguji data penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dengan jumlah 45 orang . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Dimensi Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Sistem dan Kualitas Layanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi berbasis E-Commerce, sedangkan secara parsial Dimensi Kualitas Layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Berbasis E-Commerce. Dikarenakan tidak memberikan jaminan keamanan kepada pembelinya, sehingga layanan pada sistem e-commerce ini kurang mendapat kepercayaan terhadap mahasiswa.

English Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine whether the three dimensions of Information Quality, Quality of System and Quality of Service affect the effectiveness of Information System Based E-Commerce or not. The effectiveness was assessed by the level of user satisfaction. The used analysis method in testing the Hypothesis 1 (H1), Hypothesis 2 (H2), and Hypothesis 3 (H3) is multiple regression statistical tests, while SPSS software 15 is also used to test the research data. The samples of this study are 45 students of the Faculty of Economics, University Brawijaya. The results of this study indicated that the Dimension of Information Quality, Quality of Systems and Quality of Service simultaneously give positive influence on the effectiveness of Information System-based E- Commerce, while partially Dimensions of Service Quality has no effect on the Effectiveness of Information Systems Based E-Commerce. Since it does not provide security guarantees to the buyer, so the service of e-commerce system is not really trusted by many students.
