Abstract
Pelaporan sosial dan lingkungan korporat telah menjadi wajib untuk perseroan terbatas sejak 2007, termasuk industri minyak dan gas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tren pengungkapan pelaporan sosial dan lingkungan korporat selama 2006 hingga 2010 di industri minyak dan gas di Indonesia. Untuk mengakibatkan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap tren pengungkapan, oleh karena itu analisis isi dan indikator pelaporan keberlanjutan diimplementasikan secara nominal dan narasi. Setelah menganalisis laporan tahunan, laporan keberlanjutan dan situs web sosial perusahaan dari empat perusahaan terkait, ditemukan bahwa secara kuantitatif ada peningkatan tren pengungkapan dari industri minyak dan gas. Oleh karena itu, sejauh mana pengungkapan sosial dan lingkungan perusahaan juga lebih luas secara kualitatif.
English Abstract
Corporate social and environmental reporting has been a mandatory for Limited Liability Corporation since 2007, includes oil and gas industry. The objective of this research is to know and analyze the trend of disclosure of corporate social and environmental reporting during 2006 to 2010 in oil and gas industry in Indonesia. In order to result a deep understanding to the trend of disclosure, therefore Content Analysis and Sustainability Reporting Indicators were implemented in nominal and narrative way. After analyzing the annual report, sustainability report and corporate social website from four related companies, it is found that quantitatively there is increasing in the trend of disclosure from oil and gas industry. Hence, the extent of the corporate social and environment disclosure also wider qualitatively.
