Abstract
Judul penelitian ini Inovasi Digital Marketplace Banyuwangi Mall sebagai upaya pemberdayaan pelaku usaha mikro di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Berangkat dari adanya permasalahan yang dialami pelaku usaha mikro terkait pemasaran hasil produknya. Ditambah lagi dengan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan oleh pengusaha mikro yang kurang maksimal. Maka pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuwangi bekerjasama dengan BNI membuat suatu trobosan berupa Inovasi Digital Marketplace Banyuwangi Mall. Kajian ini menganalisis proses inovasi Banyuwangi Mall menggunakan teori proses inovasi Everett M.Rogers. Serta menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat inovasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Proses pengambilan data dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam tahap dalam proses inovasi Banyuwangi Mall. Pertama, proses mengenali masalah atau kebutuhan, dilakukan pemerintah melalui pendampingan terhadap pelaku Usaha Mikro. Kedua, riset dasar dan aplikatif, Pemerintah mencari solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi. Ketiga, pengembangan, pada proses ini pemerintah berdiskusi dengan BNI yang kemudian memunculkan ide untuk membuat sebuah Marketplace guna menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi. Keempat, komersialisasi. Kelima, proses difusi dan adopsi. Inovasi telah hadir pada masyarakat, dan digunakan oleh pelaku usaha mikro.Keenam konsekuensi. Hadirnya inovasi ini dapat dikatakan telah menjawab permasalahan di awal kemunculannya. Meskipun masih ada beberapa kekurangan didalamnya. Sedangkan faktor pendukung inovasi ini adalah jaringan internet yang ada di Kabupaten Banyuwangi serta sumber daya di Dinas Koperasi yang ahli dibidang IT. Faktor penghambatnya adalah pelaku Usaha Mikro itu sendiri, dimana masih banyak pelaku usaha mikro yang belum melek teknologi.
English Abstract
The title of this research Innovation Digital Marketplace Banyuwangi Mall as Empowering Principals Micro in Banyuwangi Regency. Departing from the existence of the problems that plagued the offender related micro enterpreneur product marketing results. More with the quality of the products produced by micro-entrepreneurs are insufficient. Then the Government cooperates with Bank National Indonesia subdivision Banyuwangi (BNI) made an idea in the form of Innovation in Digital Marketplace Banyuwangi Mall. This study analyzes the process of innovation Banyuwangi Mall uses the theory of process innovation by Everett M. Rogers. As well as analyzing the factor endowments and an inhibitor of innovation. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The process of retrieving data by the method of interview, observation, and study of the literature. The results showed that there are six stages in the innovation process Banyuwangi Mall. First, the process of recognizing the problems or needs. Known to the Government through the mentoring. Second, basic and applicative research. Government conduct research to find the solution of related problems. Third, Development. In this process the Government is discussing with the Bank which later gave rise to the idea to create a Marketplace in order to solve the problems at hand. Fourth, the commercialization. This stage of a product innovation has been made and introduced to the public through various media. Fifth, the process of diffusion and adoption. The product innovation has been present among the community. And Sixth consequence. The last process in which based on the research done innovation undertaken by the District of Banyuwangi was able to answer the problems at the beginning of his appearance, although there are still some things that need to be improved again. While this innovation a supporting factor is the internet network that is in Banyuwangi Regency as well as resources in the service of Cooperatives who are experts in the field of Technology. Obstacle factors are the Subject of Micro Enterpreneur itself, where there are still many perpetrators of micro enterpreneur that have not been technological literacy.
