Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure dan Good Corporate Governance Mechanism terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Mekanisme good corporate governance terdiri dari komite audit independen, dewan komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional, dan.kepemilikan manajerial. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 39 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2005-2008. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bukti bahwa variabel komite audit, dewan komisaris independen, dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Disisi lain, penelitian ini tidak dapat menemukan adanya pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility , dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap nilai perusahaan.
