Abstract

Bantuan Luar Negeri dapat didefinisikan sebagai transfer sumberdaya donor ke resipien dengan tujuan memperbaiki kondisi masyarakat penerima bantuan. Pada tahun 2010, Bank Pembangunan Islam mengeluarkan program Member Country Partnership Strategy (MCPS) untuk tujuan pembangunan di negara anggota. Inisiatif ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan visi Bank Pembangunan Islam untuk menguasai 20% perdagangan dunia pada tahun 2020. Penelitian ini akan menjelaskan tentang Member Country Partnership Strategy di Indonesia pada tahun 2011-2014. Bank Pembangunan Islam mempunyai kerjasama besar dengan Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk pembangunan. Dalam mewujudkan pembangunan di Indonesia, Bank Pembangunan Islam melihat apabila terjadi 1% pembangunan infrastruktur akan meningkatkan PDB sebesar 0,3%. Dalam melihat motif bantuan luar negeri Bank Pembangunan Islam di Indonesia, ada 7 indikator yaitu pengentasan kemiskinan, perdagangan, ekspor, ikatan, kedutaan, pengalaman dan pengetahuan, serta pengakuan internasional. Program Member Country Parnership Strategy mendukung pembagunan infrastruktur, pendidikan, ekspor impor, promosi pembiayaan islam, dan kerjasama selatan-selatan.

English Abstract

Foreign Assistance can be defined as the transfer of donor resources to recipients aims to better the human condition in the country receiving the aid. In 2010, the Islamic Development Bank issued a Member Country Partnership Strategy (MCPS) programme for development purposes in member countries. This initiative aims to realize the vision of the Islamic Development Bank's to control 20% of world trade by 2020. This research will explain about Member Country Partnership Strategy in Indonesia during 2011-2014. The Islamic Development Bank has great cooperation with Indonesia for development purposes. In realizing development in Indonesia, the Islamic Development Bank sees that if 1% of infrastructure development will increase GDP by 0.3%. Viewing the motives of the Islamic Development Bank's foreign aid in Indonesia, there are 7 indicators of poverty reduction, trade, export, bonding, embassies, experience and knowledge, and international recognition. Member Country Parnership Strategy programme supports infrastructure development, education, import-export, promotion of Islamic finance, and reverse linkages.
