Abstract
Pembahasan tentang isu-isu keamanan saat ini semakin menarik untuk diperbincangkan sebab masyarakat internasional telah menyadari bahwa hadirnya isu keamanan non tradisonal seperti terorisme lebih mengancam karena tindakan dari kelompok terorisme lebih sulit diprediksi, kapan dan dimana akan terjadi. Terorisme adalah sebuah perilaku atau tindakan yang menjurus kepada tindakan kekerasan dimana pelakunya dapat individu maupun kelompok. Terorisme melancarkan aksinya dengan motif politis untuk meraih kekuasaan dan menyebarkan teror kepada masyarakat luas. Pada level internasional perilaku terorisme berdampak pada sistem internasional, dampak yang dimaksud terjadinya fenomena teror yang dilancarkan oleh sekelompak terorisme yang telah berhasil mencuri perhatian publik internasional.
English Abstract
The discussion on current security issues is more interesting to discuss because the international community has realized that the presence of non-traditional terrorism issues such as terrorism is more threatening because the actions of terrorist groups are more difficult to predict, when and where will happen. Terrorism is a behavior or action that leads to acts of violence where the perpetrators can be individuals or groups. Terrorism launched its action with political motives to gain power and spread terror to the wider community. At the international level the behavior of terrorism has an impact on the international system, the impact of the phenomenon of terror launched by a group of terrorism that has managed to steal the attention of the international public.
