Abstract
Saat ini, penyalahgunaan wewenang oleh kelompok dominan menjadi salah satu masalah utama yang masih terjadi di dunia ini. Penyalahgunaan wewenang oleh kelompok dominan meninggalkan aspek negatif pada orang. Penyalahgunaan otoritas mengabaikan ide dasar hak asasi manusia. Film ini berjudul The Hunger Games mengungkapkan beberapa aspek negatif menyalahgunakan otoritas oleh kelompok dominan yang tidak didasarkan pada hak asasi manusia. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan aparatur negara yang represif sebagai studi utama untuk menganalisis film ini. Penelitian ini juga menerapkan hak asasi manusia dan pelanggaran, dan studi film. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa implementasi aparatur negara represif yang tidak didasarkan pada gagasan hak asasi manusia dan kebebasan meninggalkan banyak aspek negatif pada orang. Dalam film tersebut, aspek-aspek negatif dari mengimplementasikan aparatur negara yang represif yang tidak didasarkan pada gagasan hak asasi manusia dan kebebasan memimpin kelompok dominan untuk mempromosikan pelecehan anak, kemiskinan, dan kerja paksa.
English Abstract
Nowadays, misuse of authority by the dominant group becomes one of the major issues that are still happening in this world. Misuse of authority by the dominant group leaves negative aspects on people. Misuse of authority ignores the basic idea of human rights. The movie entitled The Hunger Games reveals some negative aspects of misusing the authority by the dominant group which is not based on human rights. This research applies Repressive State Apparatus approach as the main study to analyze this movie. This study also applies Human Rights and Violations, and Movie Studies. The result of the study reveals that the implementation Repressive State Apparatus which is not based on the idea of human rights and freedom leaves many negative aspects on people. In the movie, the negative aspects of implementing Repressive State Apparatus which is not based on the idea of human rights and freedom leads the dominant group into promoting child abuse, poverty, and forced labor.
