Abstract
Komunitas “Psoriasis Nusantara” adalah komunitas yang anggotanya adalah orang-orang yang memiliki penyakit yang sama, yakni penyakit peradangan kronis dan bersifat autoimun. Di dalam komunitas ini terdapat beberapa dokter, pasien psoriasis, dan perwakilan keluarga dari pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tipe pesan dukungan apa saja yang ada dalam komunitas dan frekuensi terbesar dari tipe pesan dukungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi untuk menganalisis isi pesan chat grup Whatsapp Messenger komunitas “Psoriasis Nusantara”. Hasil dari perhitungan ditemukan bahwa terdapat beberapa persentase terbesar, yakni ada pada indikator Encouragement sebesar 57,89%/ kemudian terbesar kedua yakni Active participation sebesar 55,55%, compliment sebesar 55% , kemudian indikator companions sebesar 45,45% , dan advice sebesar 43,75%. Hasil perhitungan dari kategori Emotional Support yakni Encouragement menduduki persentase terbesar sebanyak 57,89%.
English Abstract
Community of "Psoriasis Nusantara" is a community whose members are people who have the same disease, chronic inflammatory diseases and autoimmune. Within this community are several doctors, psoriasis patients, and family representatives of patients. This study aims to find out what type of messaging support is in the community and the greatest frequency of this type of support message. This research uses content analysis method to analyze the contents of messages chat group Whatsapp Messenger community "Psoriasis Nusantara". The result of calculation found that there are some biggest percentage, that is Encouragement indicator is 57,89% then second biggest is Active participation equal to 55,55%, compliment 55%, then indicator companions equal to 45,45%, and advice amount 43.75%. The calculation result from the Emotional Support category is Encouragement which is the biggest percentage of 57.89%.
