Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya peran trait kepribadian conscientiousness (C) dan openness to experience (O) terhadap turnover intention pada generasi Y. Partisipan yang terlibat yang dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 112 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah skala Big-Five Inventory (BFI) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Ramdhani (2012) dan skala Turnover Intention oleh Mulyapradana (2012). Penelitian menggunakan uji hipotesis analisis regresi linier berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat peran yang signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial antara trait conscientiousness dan openness to experience terhadap turnover intention pada generasi Y.
English Abstract
This research aimed to identify the influence of conscientiousness (C) trait and openness to experience (O) trait toward turnover intention in Y generation. Total sample in this research were 112 participants. Data were collected using Big-Five Inventory (BFI) scale which was adapted by Ramdhani (2012) and Turnover Intention by Mulyapradana (2012). Using linear multiple regression analysis, it was found that there is no significant role either partially or simultaneously between conscientiousness trait and openness to experience trait to turnover intention in Y generation.
