Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara academic self efficacy dengan kematangan karir pada siswa SMK kelas XII Malang. Penelitian ini melibatkan 92 siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah insidental sampling. Data dalam penelitian menggunakan alat ukur skala academic self efficacy dan skala kematangan karir. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Product Moment Pearson. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara academic self efficacy dengan kematangan karir pada siswa kelas XII SMK Malang dengan nilai signifikansi p sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,546.
English Abstract
This study aims at determining the relationship between academic self-efficacy and career maturity of the grade XII Vocational High School (VHS) students in Malang. There were 92 students involved in this study. For the research design, the researcher used correlational quantitative method. The sampling technique used in this study was insidental sampling. The data proposed in this study by using measuring instruments of academic self-efficacy scale and also career maturity scale. The researcher uses Product Moment Pearson to analyze the data. Based on the result of analyzing the data, the researcher concludes that there is a relationship between academic self-efficacy and career maturity of the grade XII Vocational High School (VHS) students in Malang with p significance value of 0.000 (<0,05) and correlation coefficient of r = 0,546.
