Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servicescape terhadap revisit intention yang dimediasi oleh perceived sevice quality konsumen Kafe Cokelat Klasik Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory reseach yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel – variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 300 responden yang diambil dari populasi konsumen Kafe Cokelat Klasik Malang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling karakteristik sampel yang dipilih yaitu, minimal berusia 17 tahun dan minimal pernah 1 kali mengunjungi Kafe Cokelat Klasik. Alat uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrumen penelitian ini berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Dari hasil pengujian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa servicescape mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap revisit intention konsumen Kafe Cokelat Klasik Malang. Servicescape mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perceived service quality konsumen Kafe Cokelat Klasik Malang. Perceived service quality mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap revisit intention konsumen Kafe Cokelat Klasik Malang. Perceived service quality memediasi pengaruh servicescape terhadap revisit intention konsumen Kafe Cokelat Klasik Malang.

English Abstract

This research tries to determine the influence of servicescape on revisit intention mediated by perceived service quality in Cokelat Klasik Cafe in Malang. This explanatory research explains causal relation between variables through hypothesis testing. Using purposive sampling technique, 300 consumers of Cokelat Klasik Cafe in Malang are selected as the sample. The sample should be at least 17 years of age and have visited Cokelat Klasik Cafe Malang at least once. The instrument of this research is assessed using validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test, and the hypothesis is assessed using t test. The data of this study are analyzed using path analysis. The result of this study shows that servicescape significantly influences the revisit intention of Cokelat Klasik Cafe consumers in Malang, that servicescape significantly influences the perceived service quality of Cokelat Klasik Cafe consumers in Malang, that perceived service quality significantly influences the revisit intention of Cokelat Klasik Cafe consumers in Malang, and that perceived service quality mediates the influence of servicescape on the revisit intention of Cokelat Klasik Cafe consumers in Malang.
