Abstract
Terdapat banyak UKM yang tersebar di Indonesia, salah satunya di Kota Malang. Di Kota Malang ada lebih dari 14.000 UKM dan UMKM yang tersebar. Meski demikian, peluang usaha di Malang diyakini masih terbuka lebar. Sepanjang bisa menerapkan strategi unik yang diterapkan pelaku UKM agar tetap bisa menggaet konsumen. Namun sebagian besar masih belum mampu berdiri secara mandiri. Ailani Food adalah salah satu UKM di Kota Malang yang bergerak di bidang produk pangan yaitu, produksi abon jamur. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk strategi pengembangan usaha antara lain adalah analisis Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT). Alternatif strategi yang didapatkan dari matriks SWOT dapat diprioritaskan dengan bantuan metode Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) yang merupakan suatu teknik analisis yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan daya tarik relatif (relative attracktiveness). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor internal yang berpengaruh dari faktor kekuatan dalam pengembangan usaha abon jamur Ailani Food, yaitu abon jamur merupakan produkvii khas UKM Ailani Food (0,440) dan faktor kelemahan, yaitu penggunaan teknologi semi modern (0,160). Sedangkan faktor eksternal yang berpengaruh dari faktor peluang, yaitu peraturan regulasi dan pro bisnis (0,440) dan faktor ancaman yang berpengaruh, yaitu fluktuasi harga bahan baku (0,104). Posisi UKM abon jamur Ailani Food berada pada sel dua, lima, dan tujuh. Posisi tersebut yaitu (hold and maintain) menjaga dan mempertahankan dengan nilai IFE (2,822), EFE (2,729), sehingga strategi yang perlu dilakukan adalah strategi intensif (menjaga serta mempertahankan kualitas produk, meningkatkan jumlah alat pendukung produksi, dan pengoptimalan bahan baku serta meminimalkan biaya produksi)
English Abstract
There are many SMEs scattered in Indonesia, one of them is in the city of Malang. In the city of Malang there are more than 14,000 SMEs and SMEs scattered. Nevertheless, it is believed that business opportunities in Malang are still wide open. As long as they can implement a unique strategy that is implemented by SMEs so they can still attract consumers. But most are still not able to stand independently. Ailani Food is one of the SMEs in Malang that is engaged in food products, namely, shredded mushroom production. One method that can be used for business development strategies is the analysis of Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT). Alternative strategies obtained from the SWOT matrix can be prioritized with the help of the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method which is an analytical technique that can be used to determine relative attractiveness. The results showed that internal factors that influence the strength factors in the development of the Ailani Food shredded mushroom business, namely shredded mushrooms are a typical product of UKM Ailani Food (0.440) and a weakness factor,ix namely the use of semi-modern technology (0.160). While external factors that influence the opportunity factor, namely regulation and pro-business regulations (0.440) and threat factors that influence, namely fluctuations in raw material prices (0.104). The position of Ailani Food's mushroom shredded UKM is in cell two, five, and seven. These positions are hold and maintain with IFE value (2,822), EFE (2,729), so the strategy that needs to be done is an intensive strategy (maintaining and maintaining product quality, increasing the number of production support tools, and optimizing raw materials and minimizing raw materials and minimizing production cost).
