Abstract

Gereja Mawar Sharon Malang melibatkan beberapa pelayan ibadah yang tergabung dalam departemen pelayanan untuk membantu kelancaran ibadah. Salah satu departemen yang melakukan pelayanan adalah Departemen Multimedia. Saat ini Departemen Multimedia melakukan pelayanan berdasarkan jadwal yang dibuat oleh koordinator secara manual melalui group chat dan Microsoft Excel. Cara manual tersebut memiliki beberapa kelemahan yaitu memakan waktu yang cukup lama dan seringkali terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara jadwal pelayanan dengan jadwal berhalangan melayani. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan sebuah sistem penjadwalan pelayan. Sistem penjadwalan dibuat dengan metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem penjadwalan pelayan Departemen Multimedia. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian validasi dengan black box testing, pengujian pengaruh parameter algoritme genetika, dan pengujian user testing untuk menguji sistem yang telah diimplementasi. Hasil pengujian validasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan baik sesuai fungsionalnya. Pada pengujian pengaruh parameter, diperoleh parameter jumlah populasi 90, generasi 40, crossover rate 0,4 dan mutation rate 0,6 yang mampu menghasilkan nilai fitness terbaik. Hasil dari pengujian user testing pada kriteria performance yaitu total waktu penyelesaian tugas pelayan selama 21,3 detik dan untuk koordinator selama 5 menit 25 detik, hal ini menunjukkan sistem dapat membantu mengefisienkan proses penjadwalan pelayan ibadah. Pada kriteria usability diperoleh tingkat 94% (sangat setuju) dari pelayan dan 90% (sangat setuju) dari koordinator yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem mudah digunakan. Hasil pengujian pada kriteria reliability diperoleh tingkat keakuratan 100% yang menunjukkan bahwa pelayan sangat setuju jadwal yang dihasilkan oleh sistem dapat diandalkan.

English Abstract

Mawar Sharon Church in Malang involves several volunteers who are members of the ministry of service to help the Sunday services run well. One of the departments that perform services is the Multimedia Department. Currently the Multimedia Department performs services based on a schedule created by the coordinator manually through group chat and Microsoft Excel. The manual method has several weaknesses, which are time consuming and often there is a discrepancy between the service schedule and the schedule being unable to serve. To overcome these problems, a volunteer scheduling system is needed. The scheduling system is made by the waterfall method. The results of this study are Multimedia Department volunteer scheduling system. In this research, validation testing with black box testing, testing the influence of genetic algorithm parameters, and testing user testing to test the system that has been implemented. The validation test results show that the system is running well according to its function. In testing the effect of parameters, parameters obtained by population number 90, generation 40, crossover rate 0.4 and mutation rate 0.6 are able to produce the best fitness value. The results of user testing on performance criteria are the total time for completing volunteer's assignments for 21.3 seconds and for the coordinator for 5 minutes 25 seconds, this shows the system can help streamline the process of scheduling. The usability criteria obtained a level of 94% (strongly agree) from the volunteers and 90% (strongly agree) from the coordinator indicating that the system was easy to use. The test results on the reliability criteria obtained a level of 100% which shows that the schedule produced by the system is reliable.
