Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Servant Leadership (X) terhadap Employee Engagement (Y) dengan menggunakan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Z) sebagai variabel intervening (Studivpada karyawan PT. ASABRI (Persero) Jakarta Timur). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner (angket) yang disebarkan kepada 83 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap PT. ASABRI (Persero) Jakarta Timur. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan path analysis yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Servant Leadership berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, Servant Leadership berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, dan Kepuasan Kerja memediasi hubungan antara Servant Leadership terhadap Employee Engagement.

English Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of Servant Leadership (X) on Employee Engagement (Y) with Employee Job Satisfaction (Z) as an intervening variable ( a study on employee at PT. ASABRI (Persero) East Jakarta). The type of this research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Data is collected using a questionnaire method which was distributed to 83 respondents who were permanent employees of PT. ASABRI (Persero) East Jakarta. Data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive analysis and path analysis is processesd using SPSS v 25.0. The results of the analysis shows that Servant Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Engagement, Servant leadership has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job satisfaction has significant effect on Employee Engagement, and Job Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Servant Leadership on Employee Engagement.
