Abstract
Di era Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), resume medis menjadi hal yang penting karena merupakan salah satu syarat klaim JKN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor individu, psikologis dan organisasi terhadap kinerja dokter dalam kelengkapan pengisian resume medis. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh dokter yang menjadi dokter penanggung jawab pelayanan (DPJP) dan merawat pasien yang berjumlah 32 dokter serta dokumen resume medis yang menjadi tanggung jawab dokter tersebut. Instrumen yang digunakan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada dokter untuk mengetahui faktor individu dan psikologis dokter serta persepsi faktor organisasi. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesenjangan antara praktek mengisi resume medis dengan pengetahuan dan sikap mengisi resume medis. Hal ini terjadi pada kelompok praktisi (dokter) yang selama ini dianggap sebagai profesi yang memegang teguh dan menjunjung tinggi etika dan hukum. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu faktor individu berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dokter; faktor psikologis berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dokter; dan faktor organisasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dokter.
English Abstract
In the era of Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), medical resume becomes important because it is one of the requirements of JKN claims. This study aims to determine the influence of individual, psychological and organizational factors on the performance of physicians in the medical resume completeness. The research design is an observational research with cross sectional approach. The population of this study is all physician who become dokter penanggung jawab pelayanan (DPJP) and medical resume documents that are the responsibility of the physician. The instrument in this study was questionnaire given to the physician. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used as data analysis method. The results show that there is a gap between the practice of filling the medical resume with the knowledge and attitude of filling medical resume. This happens to a group of practitioners (physician) who has been regarded as a profession that upholds ethics and law. The conclusion of this study are the individual factors had a negative but not significant effect on physician performance; psychological factors have a negative and significant effect on physician's performance; and organizational factors have positive but not significant effect on physician performance.
