Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perbandingan dari perhitungan PPh pasal 21 bagl perusahaan, wajib pajak badan yang penulis angkat dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. X, dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tujuan penulis menggunakan metode ini untuk menjelaskan bagaimana tahapan dan juga perhitungan dalam membandingkan pajak Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 yang dibayarkan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa wajib pajak PT. Xdapat memilih perencanaan pajak mana yang Iebih menguntungkan bagi Perusahaan. Oleh karena itu penulis menyarankan bagi wajib pajak PT. X maupun wajib pajak lain dapat memahami mengenai perencanaan pajak dan metode apa yang harus dipilih untuk pengenaan pajak selanjutnya

English Abstract

This study aims to determine how the comparison of the calculation of Income Tax Article 21 for the company, the corporate taxpayer that the author raises in this study is PT. X, in conducting this research the author uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The purpose of the author using this method is to explain how the stages and also the calculation in comparing the Income Tax Article 21 tax paid. The results show that the taxpayer of PT. X can choose which tax planning is more profitable for the Company. Therefore, the author suggests that taxpayers of P71 X and other taxpayers can understand tax planning and what method to choose for the next tax imposition
