Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Kepemilikan Saham dan Slack Resource terhadap Pelaporan CSR. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013 sampai tahun 2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa kriteria hingga menghasilkan 37 perusahaan yang diamati selama empat tahun, sehingga menghasilkan 148 observasi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris bahwa pelaporan CSR meningkat apabila proporsi kepemilikan saham manajerial besar. Sementara itu pelaporan CSR tidak meningkat maupun menurun karena tidak adanya tekanan dari investor publik dan slack resource yang tidak digunakan perusahaan untuk tujuan sosialnya.
English Abstract

The sample of this study was selected through several criteria, resulting in 37 companies. The four – year observation on the companies produced 148 observations. This study finds empirical evidence that CSR reporting improves when the proportion of managerial ownership increases and that the companies does not use their slack resource for its social purpose.
