Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat diketahui kondisi sistem produksi Sari Apel pada UKM di Kota Batu, Indonesia dan kondisi sistem produksi Sari Jambu Biji pada UKM di Thailand. Analisis komparasi dilakukan pada kondisi umum UKM Sari Buah di kedua negara. Penelitian di Indonesia dilanjutkan agar diketahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh dan diperoleh rekomendasi agar sistem produksi UKM Sari Apel dapat ditingkatkan. Analisa deskriptif digunakan sebagai teknik analisa kondisi umum sistem produksi UKM Sari Buah di kedua negara. Metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) digunakan agar diketahui urutan faktor yang berpengaruh pada sistem produksi Sari Apel di Kota Batu. Hasil analisis komparasi pada indikator modal kerja diketahui bahwa modal kerja UKM Sari Buah di Thailand 2 kali lipat lebih besar dari Indonesia. Harga Sari Buah di Indonesia lebih murah, namun rata-rata keuntungan lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan Thailand. Kapasitas UKM Sari Buah di Indonesia lebih besar namun volume, bentuk dan jenis kemasannya seragam, sementara volume, bentuk dan jenis kemasan Sari Buah di Thailand bervariasi. Pada indikator promosi diketahui kegiatan promosi dilakukan hampir pada semua UKM Sari Buah di Thailand sementara itu kegiatan promosi tidak dilakukan pada hampir semua UKM Sari Buah di Indonesia. Hasil analisis dengan Fuzzy AHP diketahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh pada sistem produksi Sari Apel di Kota Batu yaitu kuantitas modal yang diperlukan (0,15), manajemen keuangan yang dilakukan (0,09) dan produktivitas tenaga kerja (0,07). Rekomendasi berdasarkan analisis komparasi yaitu variasi ukuran dan bentuk kemasan Sari Buah; pemberian informasi prosentase kadar buah pada label kemasan; dan penggunan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi. Rekomendasi berdasarkan nilai global serta kondisi dilapangan yaitu pengajuan peminjaman modal kepada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam; pelatihan manajemen pengelolaan keuangan; pemberian pemahaman untuk ikuti pelatihan; dan pembuatan standar kualitas tertulis.
English Abstract
The purposes of this research are to know condition production system of Apple Juice SME in Batu City, Indonesia and to know condition production system of Guava Juice SMEs in Thailand. Research in Indonesia continued to know the most affect factors and obtained recommendations for an improved production system of Apple Juice SMEs. Descriptive analysis is used as an technique analysis of general condition of SME production system of Fruit Juice in both countries. Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) method is used to know the priority factors that affect Apple Juice production system in Batu City. The results of comparative analysis show that there is no significant difference in labor indicator. Meanwhile, Fruits Juice SMEs in Thailand has higher working capital/month than Indonesia. Almost all of Fruit Juice SMEs in both countries have not implemented SOP. Fruit juice in Indonesia has a cheaper price but has a lower and average profit compared to Thailand. The capacity of Fruit Juice SMEs in Indonesia is larger and has uniform volume, shape, and type of packaging, while Thailand has variations on it. Both countries used same marketing way so they could reach the regional marketing scope. In promotion indicators are known that almost all SMEs in Thailand do promotion activities. The result of Fuzzy AHP analysis shows that the most affect factors at Apple Juice production system in Batu City are quantity of required capital (0,15), financial management performed (0,09) and labor productivity (0,07). Recommendation based on comparative analysis that are make a variation of size and shape of Fruit Juice packaging; giving percentage information of fruit content on packaging label; and use social media as promotion tools. Recommendations based on global values and field conditions are lending capital to the Cooperative Savings and Loans; financial management training; giving understanding to the labors to follow training; and written quality standards.
