Abstract
Penilaian dan evaluasi kinerja karyawan di UB Guest House digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas kinerja karyawan. Proses penilaian masih dilakukan dengan cara manual dimulai dari persiapan form, menilai karyawan, perhitungan hasil oleh masing-masing penilai yang dapat memberi peluang terhadap kesalahan perhitungan, rekapitulasi dalam membuat laporan hingga menentukan karyawan terbaik hanya dilakukan selama 3 hari. Rentang waktu yang tidak sebanding dengan pekerjaan dan kemungkinan tanggal merah mengakibatkan tidak adanya pengecekan kembali agar tidak melewati batas waktu yang ditetapkan. Laporan penilaian tersebut digunakan untuk mengetahui perkembangan kinerja setiap bulannya untuk dilakukan evaluasi bersama form penilaian prestasi karyawan hingga pembuatan usulan karyawan. Hal ini tidak efisien karena menyulitkan dalam memilih karyawan dievaluasi dan membuang kertas yang berpengaruh terhadap biaya pengeluaran UB Guest House. Sistem informasi penilaian dan evaluasi kinerja karyawan berbasis web dibangun untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut. Pengembangan sistem menerapkan metode weigthed product untuk memberikan rekomendasi dalam menentukan karyawan terbaik dan dilakukan menggunakan model pengembangan waterfall. Pengujian unit menunjukkan bahwa cyclomatic complexity ≤ 10 dengan semua status kasus uji adalah valid. Pengujian integrasi didapatkan untuk semua kasus uji dengan status valid. Pengujian validasi didapatkan status valid untuk semua kasus uji. Pengujian akurasi dengan menggunakan metode weighted product didapatkan akurasi dengan rata-rata sebesar 92%. Pengujian compatibility didapatkan sistem yang dapat berjalan pada berbagai browser. Pengujian security untuk subkarakteristik confidentiality, integrity dan non-repudiation didapatkan bahwa sistem berada pada level safe. Pada subkarakteristik accountability didapatkan bahwa sistem dapat menyimpan pengguna yang melakukan aktivitas pada sistem dan subkarakteristik authenticity didapatkan status valid untuk semua kasus uji.
English Abstract
Employee performance assessment and evaluation at UB Guest House is used to determine the level of productivity of employee performance. The assessment process is still done manually by starting from the preparation of forms, assessing employees, calculating the results by each assessor who can provide opportunities for miscalculation, recapitulation in making reports to determine the best employees only done for 3 days. Timelines that are not proportional to work and the possibility of red dates result in no re-checking so that they do not exceed the set time limit. The assessment report is used to find out the performance progress every month to be evaluated together with the employee performance appraisal form up to making employee proposals. This is inefficient because it makes it difficult to choose employees to evaluate and discard paper that affects the cost of UB Guest House expenses. A web-based employee performance assessment and evaluation information system was built to overcome these problems. System development applies the weigthed product method to provide recommendations in determining the best employees and is carried out using the waterfall development model. Unit tests show that cyclomatic complexity ≤ 10 with all test case statuses is valid. Integration testing is obtained for all test cases with valid status. Validation testing obtained valid status for all test cases. Accuracy testing using the weighted product method obtained an accuracy of an average of 92%. Compatibility testing found that the system can run on various browsers. Security testing for confidentiality, integrity and non-repudiation sub-characteristics found that the system is at a safe level. In the accountability sub-characteristic found that the system can store users who perform activities on the system and authenticity sub-characteristics obtained valid status for all test cases.
