Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek keperilakuan khususnya faktor-faktor individual yang memengaruhi penggunaan SIMDA menggunakan teori Model Penerimaan Teknologi (Technology Acceptance Model atau TAM). Populasi serta sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengelola keuangan yang menggunakan SIMDA pada seluruh Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) yang ada di Pemerintah Kabupaten Pasuruan dengan jumlah 297 responden. Sampel dipiilih menggunakan teknik sensus. Teknik analisis menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan bantuan WarpPLS 5.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan temuan,pertama, relevansi pekerjaan dan ketampakan hasil berpengaruh positif terhadap kegunaan persepsian. Kedua, kemudahan penggunaan persepsian, kesukaan persepsian, dan kegunaan persepsian berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap. Ketiga, kegunaan persepsian dan sikap berpengaruh positif terhadap minat perilaku. Keempat, minat perilaku berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku penggunaan SIMDA.
English Abstract
The objective of this study is to analyze behavioral aspects, particularly individual factors that influence the use of SIMDA, using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The population and the sample of this study is all financial managers in all Local Government Agencies in the Regency of Pasuruan who use SIMDA. Using census technique, 297 people were selected as the respondents. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS) in WarpPLS 5.0. The results show that, first, work relevance and result demonstrability positively influences perceived usefulness; second, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness positively influence attitude; third, perceived usefulness and attitude positively influence behavioral intention; and, fourth, behavioral intention positively influences SIMDA usage behavior.
