Abstract
Salah satu masalah gizi yang dijumpai pada remaja putri di Indonesia adalah anemia. Untuk menanggulangi anemia, maka pemerintah Indonesia melakukan intensifikasi dengan pemberian tablet tambah darah melalui institusi sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pemberian tablet tambah darah terhadap kadar hemoglobin dan hubungan asupan makan remaja putri di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawat Inap Sungai Pinyuh. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yakni desain One group Pretest Posttest, dan dilakukan di 6 SMA/sederajat di wilayah Puskesmas Rawat Inap Sungai Pinyuh. Pengambilan sampel kelas X dan Kelas XI dengan teknik Stratified Random Sampling dengan jumlah subjek 98 rematri yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Dari data diketahui bahwa sebelum dan sesudah pemberian tablet tambah darah yang anemia 38,8% dan 27,6%. Analisis statistik menunjukkan ada Adanya hubungan pemberian TTD dengan kadar Hb p= 0,002 (OR 4,762) terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah pemberian TTD p = 0,001 (p < 0,05). Hubungan antara asupan makan dengan kadar Hb (asupan protein p= 0,001, asupan zat besi p= 0,003, asupan Vitamin C p= 0,008 (p < 0,05). Diperlukan monitoring asupan makan serta memastikan ada faktor-faktor lain yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin.
English Abstract
One of the nutritional problems found girls adolescents in Indonesia is anemia. To cope with anemia, the Indonesian government intensified by giving blood tablets through school institutions. This study aims to determine the effect of giving blood tablet to the hemoglobin level and food intake of young women in the Pinyuh River Health Center. The research used was the design of One group Pretest Posttest, and was conducted in 6 high schools. Samples of class X and XI using the Stratified Random Sampling technique with the number of adolescents girls who have met the inclusion criteria. From the data it is known that before and after the TTD administration to anemia anemia 38.8% and 27.6%. Statistical analysis showed that there was a relationship between TTD administration and Hb levels p = 0.002 (OR 4,762) and there were differences in the average hemoglobin level before and after TTD administration p = 0.001 (p <0.05). The relationship between food intake and Hb levels (protein p = 0.001, iron p = 0.003, vitamin C p = 0.008 (p <0.05)). Required monitoring of food intake and ensuring there are other factors that influence the increase in hemoglobin levels.
