Zahra, Sarah Lail (2019) Pengaruh Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) terhadap Infeksi Cowpea Mild Mottle Virus (CPMMV), Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine Max (L.) Merrill) Varietas Argomulyo. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
Soybean is a raw material of various products in Indonesia, ranging from food and spread to pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. The availability of soy is the center of attention for farmers and producers to meet the needs of the market that tends to go up. Cowpea mild mottle virus or CPMMV is recorded as one of the important viruses in soybean plants that its existence can decrease production and quality of crop yields. This research is aimed to know the response of soybean varieties of Argomulyo variety that known as one of the vulnerable varieties for CPMMV but its existence is needed by producers of various food products, some of which are milk, soy sauce, and tempeh, the control is done with the application of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) in the early planting as a preventive action before planting. There are 8 treatments and 4 times the repetition of each treatment is the single treatment and combination of P0 +: Positive control (without PGPR treatment, CPMMV inoculation), P0-: Negative control (without PGPR treatment, without CPMMV inoculation), P1: PGPR application P. Fluorescens, P2: Application PGPR Azotobacter sp., P3: Application PGPR B. subtilis, P4: Application PGPR P. Fluorescens and PGPR Azotobacter sp., P5: Applications PGPR P. Fluorescens and PGPR B. subtilis, P6: Application PGPR Azotobacter sp. and PGPR B. subtilis. The research was conducted by the group's random design and then continued with a 5% DMRT test when the calculation results showed a distinct real result. The results show the best single treatment for the incubation period and intensity of the CPMMV attacks present in the single treatment of Azetobacter, while the best treatment for plant phase and soybean production of varieties of Argomulyo are found in Combination treatment Pseudomonas fluorescent and Bacillus subtilis
