Abstract
Saat ini hampir sebagian besar pemerintah daerah belum memiliki sistem informasi berbasis peta yang dapat menyediakan informasi serta dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan, salah satunya adalah masalah penentuan lokasi. Pasar Splendid pada saat ini sudah tidak nyaman lagi dilihat dari sisi pariwisata. Penataan ulang pasar juga tidak memungkinkan untuk dilakukan, sehingga lebih baik jika pasar Splendid di pindahkan. Banyak faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam penentuan lokasi, salah satunya adalah dari sisi keilmuan Teknik Industri yaitu supply chain management . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi geografis relokasi pasar Splendid berbasis konsep supply chain managemet dengan metode pembangkitan alternatif lokasi menggunakan logika fuzzy . Langkah awal penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan pengamatan di lokasi pasar Splendid yang sekarang. Pengamatan tersebut bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai lokasi supplier dan intensitas transportasi yang terjadi. Hasil pengamatan tersebut digunakan untuk mengetahui jarak supplier terhadap alternatif lokasi dan tingkat prioritas masing-masing supplier. Informasi jarak supplier digunakan sebagai faktor kedekatan terhadap supplier, sedangkan informasi mengenai populasi penduduk di Kota dan Kabupaten Malang digunakan sebagai faktor kedekatan terhadap customer. Selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi geografis menggunakan software ArcGIS 9.3, dimana terdiri dari tiga tahap utama, yaitu: pre-processing , analisa, dan visualisasi. Tahap analisa menggunakan metode logika fuzzy dimana terdiri dari tiga tahap utama, yaitu: fuzzification, inference, defuzzification . Solusi yang dihasilkan adalah dalam skala kecamatan. Hasil dari perancangan sistem informasi geografis menunjukkan terdapat empat nilai tertinggi dari pembangkitan alternatif lokasi pasar Splendid. Lokasi tersebut adalah Kecamatan Kepanjen dengan nilai 79,1, Kecamatan Lowokwaru dengan nilai 77,45, Kecamatan Klojen dengan nilai 76,84, dan Kecamatan Blimbing dengan nilai 76,45.
English Abstract
Currently most of the local governments do not have a map-based information system that can provide information to support decision making, one of the problem is determining location. Splendid market is not comfortable anymore in terms of tourism. It is impossible to restructuring the market, so it would be better if the market relocated. Many factors are taken into consideration in determining the location, supply chain management is one of them. This reserch aimed to design a geographic information system relocating the Splendid market based on the concept of supply chain managemet by the method of generating alternative locations using fuzzy logic. The initial step of the research done by making observations in the current location of Splendid. Observation aims to obtain information about the location and the transport intensity of suppliers. The observations result are used to determine the distance to an alternative supplier locations and each priority level. Supplier’s distance information is used as proximity to suppliers, while information about the population in the City and the District of Malang used as proximity to customer. The next step is designing geographic information system using ArcGIS 9.3 software, it’s consists of three main stages: pre-processing , analysis, and visualization. Analysis stage is using fuzzy logic method with three m ain phases: fuzzification, inference, defuzzification. The resulting solution is in district sub-scale. The results of geographic information system design shows that there are four highest value alternative location of Splendid. The locations are Kepanjen District value 79.1, District Lowokwaru value 77.45, Klojen District value 76.84, and District Blimbing value 76.45.
