Abstract
Diabetes Melitus (Dm) Merupakan Suatu Kelompok Penyakit Metabolik Dengan Karakteristik Hiperglikemia Yang Terjadi Karena Kelainan Sekresi Insulin, Kerja Insulin, Atau Kedua-Duanya. Prevalensi Dm Di Jawa Timur Sebesar 6,8%. Jumlah Penderita Dm Rawat Jalan Di Rsud Dr. Saiful Anwar Pada Tahun 2010 Mencapai 3,08% Atau Sekitar 10.068 Penderita Pertahun Dan Merupakan 10 Penyakit Terbanyak Rawat Jalan. Kontrol Gula Darah Dapat Dipengaruhi Oleh Kadar Zink Di Dalam Tubuh, Zink Mempunyai Peran Penting Dalam Sekresi Insulin Dan Metabolismenya . Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Pola Konsumsi Makanan Sumber Zink Dengan Kadar Gula Darah Puasa Pasien Dm Tipe 2. Jenis Penelitian Ini Adalah Penelitian Analitik Dengan Pendekatan Cross Sectional . Subjek Pada Penelitian Ini Merupakan Pasien Dm Yang Berkunjung Ke Poli Endokrin Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam Rsud Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, Pengambilan Sampel Dilakukan Secara Purposive Sampling ,Dan Berjumlah 93 Responden. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Pola Konsumsi Makanan Sumber Zink Sebanyak 81,8% Responden Berada Pada Kategori Kurang. Berdasarkan Uji Statistik Korelasi Pearson Diperoleh Nilai P-Value=0,509 Dengan Tingkat Signifikansi Α<0,05 Dan Nilai R=0,069. Sehingga Dapat Disimpulkan Bahwa Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Tidak Ada Pengaruh Pola Konsumsi Makanan Sumber Zink Dengan Kadar Gula Darah Puasa Dan Kekuatan Hubungannya Sangat Lemah
English Abstract
Diabetes Mellitus (Dm) Is A Group Of Metabolic Diseases With Hyperglycemia Characteristic That Occurs Due To Abnormal Insulin Secretion, Insulin Action, Or Both. The Prevalence Of Dm In East Java Is 6.8%. The Number Of Diabetic Patients In The Outpatient Of Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospitals In 2010 Reached 3.08%, Or Approximately 10.068 Patients Per Year And Also Become The Tenth Most Diseases Outpatient. Control Of Blood Sugar Levels Can Be Influenced By Zinc (Zn) In The Body. Zinc Has An Important Role In Insulin Secretion And Metabolism. This Study Aims To Determine The Correlation Between Of Food Consumption Patterns Sourced From Zinc (Zn) With Fasting Blood Sugar Levels Of Patients In Type 2 Dm. This Research Is Analytic Study With Cross Sectional Approach. Subjects In This Study Are Patients With Diabetes Mellitus Who Visited The Clinic Poly Endocrine Disease In Rsud Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, With Purposive Sampling And Totaling 93 Respondents. The Research Results Showed The Consumption Pattern Of Food Sourced From Zinc As Much As 81.8% Of Respondents Were In The Poor Category. Based On The Obtained Pearson Correlation, Statistical Test P-Value = 0.509 With A Significance Level Of Α <0.05 And R = 0.069. It Can Be Concluded, The Results Indicated No Effect Of Zinc Source Of Food Consumption Patterns With Fasting Blood Sugar Levels And The Strength Of This Correlation Is Very Weak.
