Abstract
Secara geografis dan hidrologis di Kabupaten Tulungagung masih mempunyai potensi sumber daya air yang bisa dikembangkan. Disisi lain di Kabupaten Tulungagung pertumbuhan penduduk relatif tinggi. Maka dari itu kebutuhan akan sumber daya air meningkat. Namun kondisi infrastruktur sumber daya air yang ada belum bisa memadai dan memenuhi kebutuhan air untuk warga sekitar. Keterbatasan akan sumber daya air semakin diperparah saat datangnya musim kemarau. Oleh karena itu, penulis mencoba membuat analisa terkait dengan masalah tersebut, dengan merencanakan sebuah embung. Tahap awal perencanaan embung adalah analisa hidrologi yaitu mencari nilai debit rancangan. Selanjutnya adalah menganalisa lengkung kapasitas waduk untuk mengetahui perbandingan luas genangan dan volume tampungan. Dari hal tersebut, maka dapat direncanakan dimensi tubuh embung dan pelimpah yang meliputi, tinggi embung, panjang embung, lebar puncak embung, kemiringan lereng tubuh embung, posisi pelimpah dan elevasi mercu pelimpah. Setelah itu dilakukan kontrol terhadap stabilitas tubuh embung dan stabilitas pelimpah. Dari analisa yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan besaran volume tampungan mati sebesar 124,96 m3, volume tampungan efektif sebesar 25447,73 m3, dan volume tampungan total sebesar 25572,69 m3. Data perencanaan dimensi tubuh embung didapatkan : tinggi embung 14,1 m; elevasi puncak +114,1; lebar puncak 5,7m; panjang embung 83,25m; kemiringan hulu 1 : 3; kemiringan hilir 1 : 2,5; elevasi pelimpah +112; lebar pelimpah 10 m. Untuk analisa stabilitas lereng tubuh embung dilakukan pendekatan metode Fellenius. Dari analisa tersebut didapatkan angka keamanan yang memenuhi syarat. Hasil analisa stabilitas pelimpah terhadap gaya uplift, gaya geser, gaya guling dan terhadap daya dukung tanah baik keadaan normal maupun gempa aman secara teknis untuk keamanan stabilitas pelimpah.
English Abstract
The geographical and hydrological in district tulungagung still have the potential of water resources that can be developed .On the other side in the district of tulungagung population growth is relatively high. Therefore the need for resources water increases .But the condition of water resources is not sufficient about high demand for water to local residents. Limited water resources is worst during the summer. Hence, writer tried to make analysis related to the issue, by plotting a embung. An early stage embung is planning analysis hydrology and that is find the discharge design. Next up is the reservoir analyze capacity to know comparison widespread flooding and volume. It can be planned dimensions the body embung and channel which includes, high embung, long embung, wide the top of embung, slope the body of embung, channel position and top elevation of channel. After all is done, is cotrolling the body of embung and the stability of channel. The result of this study, obtained the volume reservoir dead of 124,96 m3 , volume reservoir effective of 25447,73 m3 , and all volume reservoir of 25572,69 m3. Data of planning body dimension embung obtained: high embung 14,1 m; elevation the + 114,1; wide the 5,7m; long embung 83,25m; slope upstream 1: 3; slope downstream 1: 2,5; channel elevation + 112; channel wide 10 m. To analysis slope stability the body of embung is approach fellenius method. From the analysis obtained security is qualified. The results of the analysis channel stability to style uplift, shear forces, style bolster and against capacity ground are fine, the state of normal as well as earthquake are safe technically for security channel stability.
