Abstract
Salah satu program pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di Puskesmas Gondang yaitu Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis (Prolanis). Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis (Prolanis) adalah sebuah program promotif preventif yang dijalankan oleh fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama atau Puskesmas yang di usung kerjasama dengan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan. Menurut peraturan BPJS Kesehatan Nomor 2 Tahun 2015 Prolanis sebagai suatu system yang memadukan antara penatalaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan dan komunikasi bagi kelompok peserta dengan kondisi penyakit tertentu melalui penanganan penyakit secara mandiri. Bentuk dari pelayanan Prolanis ini adalah konsultasi medis, edukasi kelompok, home visit, reminder/sms gateway, dan pemantau kesehatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini, maka yang menjadi fokus penelitian adalah kinerja Puskesmas Gondang dalam memberikan pelayanan Prolanis kepada masyarakat, faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam memberikan pelayanan Prolanis pada Puskesmas Gondang. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi lokasi penelitian adalah Kabupaten Tulungagung dan situs yang diambil adalah UPTD Puskesmas Gondang di Jl. Raya Gondang Kecamatan Gondang. Dalam penelitian ini, sumber data adalah menyangkut orang atau informan yang dipilih secara sengaja oleh peneliti sebagai narasumber, karena dianggap menguasai bidang permasalahan termasuk sumber data tertulis sedangkan jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan untuk mendukung informan yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini ada dua, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kinerja yang dilakukan Puskesmas dalam pelayanan Prolanis menunjukkan hasil yang belum optimal, hal tersebut bisa dilihat dari rendahnya kepatuhan peserta hadir pada kegiatan Prolanis sehingga belum mencapai target. Hal ini disebabkan karena terbatasnya transportasi peserta untuk hadir pada kegiatan tersebut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, Puskesmas telah mengupayakan peningkatan promosi melalui bidan-bidan Desa agar masalah yang dihadapi mendapat solusi/jalan keluar.
English Abstract
One of the existing health services program in Puskesmas Gondang is Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis (Prolanis). The Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis (Prolanis) is a preventive promotive program run by a first-rate health facility or a Community Health Center in collaboration with the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) of Health. According to BPJS Health Regulation No. 2 of 2015 Prolanis as a system that combines the management of health and communication services for groups of participants with certain disease conditions through the handling of the disease independently. This form of Prolanis service is medical consultation, group education, home visit, reminder / sms gateway, and health monitoring. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method with qualitative approach. Based on the objectives to be achieved in this study, then the focus of research is the performance of Gondang Puskesmas in providing services to the community Prolanis, supporting factors and inhibitors in providing services Prolanis Puskesmas Gondang. In this study which is the location of research is Tulungagung District and the site taken is UPTD Puskesmas Gondang on Jl. Raya Gondang District Gondang. In this study, the data source is about people or informants who deliberately chosen by the researcher as a resource, because it is considered to master the field of problems including written data sources while the types and sources of data used to support the informants required in this study there are two, namely primary data and secondary data. The result of this research is the performance of Puskesmas in Prolanis service shows that the result is not yet optimal, it can be seen from the low compliance of the participants present in Prolanis activity so that has not reached the target. This is due to the limited transportation of participants to attend the event. To overcome these problems, Puskesmas have been trying to increase promotion through village midwives so that problems faced get solution / way out.
