Ratika Fratiwi, 2017, Jurusan Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis Konsenttrasi Sumber Daya Manusia, Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi, Universitas Brawijaya Malang, The Influence of Intelligence on Performance (A study on Permanent Employee of PT. Pindad (Persero) in Turen, Malang, East Java) di Turen, Malang, Jawa Timur), Mochammad Al Musadieq, Dr. MBA dan Arik Prasetya, S.Sos, M.Si. Ph.D. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mendeskripsikan kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual di PT. Pindad (Persero). (2) Mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual di PT. Pindad (Persero) secara parsial mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan tetap. (3) mengkaji pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual di PT. Pindad (Persero) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan tetap. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel dari penelitian ini adalah Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Kecerdasan Spiritual. Total sampel adalah 80 karyawan tetap PT. Pindad (Persero) di Turen, Malang dan terpilih dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan valid dan reliabel dengan jawaban kuesioner responden dan dianalisis dengan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Kecerdasan Spiritual berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (2) Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Kecerdasan Spiritual berpengaruh secara simultan pada Kinerja Karyawan. Berdasarkan uji t, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kecerdasan Emosional memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan diharapkan dapat lebih mengembangkan Kecerdasan Emosional di PT. Pindad (Persero) yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Pindad (Persero) in Turen, Malang, East Java), Mochammad Al Musadieq, Dr. MBA and Arik Prasetya, S.Sos, M.Si. Ph.D. This research objectives are: (1) to describe about intellectual, emotional, adn spiritual intelligence in PT. Pindad (Persero). (2) to examine the influence of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence in PT. Pindad (Persero) partially influence the performance of the permanent employee. (3) to examine the influence of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence in PT. Pindad (Persero) simultaneously influence significantly on the performance of permanent employee. This research used explanatory research with quantitative approach. The variables of the research are Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, and Spiritual Intelligence. Total sample were 80 permanent employees of PT. Pindad (Persero) in Turen, Malang and it elected by Simple Random Sampling Technique. Data were collected valid and reliable by the answer of the respondent’s questionnaire and analyzed by multiple regression. The research showed that: (1) Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, and Spiritual Intelligence have partially influence on Employee Performance, (2) Intellectual Intleligence, Emotional Intelligence, and Spiritual Intelligence havesimultaneously influence on Employee Performance. Based on t test, it can be concluded that the Emotional Intelligence has dominant influence on Employee Performance. Therefore, the company expected to develop Emotional Intelligence in PT. Pindad (Persero) that has dominant influence on Employee Performance.
